Verse 1
And so it was with me, brothers and sisters. When I came to you, I did not come with eloquence or human wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God.[a]
Братья, когда я пришёл к вам, чтобы возвещать о тайне Всевышнего,[a] то мои слова не отличались ни красноречием, ни особой мудростью.
Verse 2
For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.
Находясь среди вас, я решил не знать ничего, кроме Исы Масиха, и притом распятого.
Verse 3
I came to you in weakness with great fear and trembling.
Когда я пришёл к вам, то был слаб, полон страха и трепета.
Verse 4
My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power,
И моя весть и моя проповедь были не в убедительных словах человеческой мудрости, но в проявлении силы Духа,
Verse 5
so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power.
God’s Wisdom Revealed by the Spirit
чтобы ваша вера основывалась не на мудрости человеческой, а на силе Всевышнего.

Verse 6
We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.
Мудрость же мы возвещаем среди людей духовно зрелых, но это не мудрость этого мира и не мудрость властителей этого мира, которые обречены стать ничем.
Verse 7
No, we declare God’s wisdom, a mystery that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began.
Нет, мы говорим о тайной мудрости Всевышнего, которая до сих пор была скрыта, но ещё до сотворения мира предназначена Им для нашей славы.
Verse 8
None of the rulers of this age understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
Те, кому принадлежит власть в этом мире, не поняли её, иначе они не распяли бы Повелителя славы.
Verse 9
However, as it is written:
“What no eye has seen,
what no ear has heard,
and what no human mind has conceived”[b]—
the things God has prepared for those who love him—
Но, как написано:
«Не видел глаз,
не слышало ухо,
и не приходило на сердце человеку то,
что Всевышний приготовил любящим Его».[b]
Verse 10
these are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit.
The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.
Нам же Всевышний открыл это Духом Своим, потому что Духу известно всё. Он проникает во все глубины премудрости Всевышнего.
Verse 11
For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.
Кто может знать мысли человека, кроме его собственного духа, живущего в нём? Так же и замыслов Всевышнего никто не знает, кроме Духа Всевышнего.
Verse 12
What we have received is not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us.
Мы же получили не дух этого мира, но Духа от Всевышнего, чтобы нам понять всё дарованное нам Всевышним.
Verse 13
This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual realities with Spirit-taught words.[c]
Об этом мы возвещаем не словами человеческой мудрости, но словами, которым нас научил Дух. Мы объясняем духовные истины словами, которым нас учит Дух.[c]
Verse 14
The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit.
Человек, не знающий Всевышнего, не принимает того, что приходит от Духа Всевышнего. Он считает это глупостью и не может понять, потому что об этом можно судить только духовно.
Verse 15
The person with the Spirit makes judgments about all things, but such a person is not subject to merely human judgments,
Духовный же человек может судить обо всём, тогда как о нём никакой человек судить не может,
