Psalm 78:6

That the generation to come might know them, that the children still to be bornMay arise and recount them to their children,

That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children:

That the generation to come might know, even the children yet to be born,That they may arise and tell them to their children,

Then those born later would know his laws. Even their children yet to come would know them. And they in turn would tell their children.

لِكَيْ يَعْرِفَهَا الْجِيلُ الْقَادِمُ، الْبَنُونَ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُوْلَدُوا بَعْدُ، فَيُعَلِّمُوهَا أَيْضاً لأَبْنَائِهِمْ،

så den næste generation ville vide besked, så selv de børn, som endnu ikke var født, til sin tid kunne belære deres børn,

So soll jede Generation seine Weisungen kennen lernen – alle Kinder, die noch geboren werden.Auch diese sollen sie ihren Nachkommen einprägen.

så att kommande generationer skulle få kännedom om dem, och att deras barn som skulle komma att födas i sin tur skulle kunna berätta för sina barn.
