You have taken account of my wanderings;Put my tears in Your bottle.Are they not recorded in Your book?

Thou tellest my wanderings: put thou my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book?

You’ve kept track of my every toss and turn through the sleepless nights,Each tear entered in your ledger, each ache written in your book.

أَنْتَ رَاقَبْتَ تَشَرُّدِي. فَاحْفَظْ دُمُوعِي فِي خَزَانَتِكَ. أَمَا هِيَ فِي كِتَابِكَ؟

Lad ikke forbryderne gå fri, Herre. Lad dem mærke din vrede og straf.

Gott, wirf diese Leute[b] in deinem Zorn zu Boden! Sollten sie bei so viel Bosheit ungeschoren davonkommen?
