Deep calls to deep at the [thundering] sound of Your waterfalls;All Your breakers and Your waves have rolled over me.

Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts: all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me.

أَمْوَاجُ النَّكَبَاتِ تَوَالَتْ عَلَيَّ كَمَا تَتَوَالَى مِيَاهُ شَلالاتِكَ.

Midt i min nedtrykthed vil jeg bede til dig, Gud, mens jeg ligger her ved Jordanflodens kilde, ved foden af Hermonbjerget.

Mein Gott, ich bin völlig verzweifelt!Aus der Ferne des Jordanlandes denke ich voll Trauer an dich. Während ich auf dem Berg Misar im Hermongebirge stehe, gehen meine Gedanken zu dir.

神のさかまく大波が私の頭上を越え、悲しみの洪水が、とどろく大滝のように降りかかってきます。
