Psalm 37:16

Better is the little of the righteous [who seek the will of God]Than the abundance (riches) of many wicked (godless).

A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked.

Those who do what is right may have very little. But it’s better than the wealth of many sinners.

It is better to be godly and have little than to be evil and rich.

الْخَيْرُ الْقَلِيلُ الَّذِي يَمْلِكُهُ الصِّدِّيقُ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ ثَرْوَةِ أَشْرَارٍ كَثِيرِينَ،

Jeg foretrækker gudsfrygt og nøjsomhed frem for at få del i forbryderes overflod,

Lieber wenig besitzen und tun, was Gott will, als in Saus und Braus leben und Gott verachten!

Melhor é o pouco do justodo que a riqueza de muitos ímpios;

义人淡泊一生强过恶人财富如山。
