Psalm 33:13

The Lord looks [down] from heaven;He sees all the sons of man;

يَنْظُرُ الرَّبُّ مِنَ السَّماوَاتِ فَيَرَى بَنِي الْبَشَرِ أَجْمَعِينَ.
