Psalm 32:6

Therefore, let everyone who is godly pray to You [for forgiveness] in a time when You [are near and] may be found;Surely when the great waters [of trial and distressing times] overflow they will not reach [the spirit in] him.

For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.

These things add up. Every one of us needs to pray; when all hell breaks loose and the dam bursts we’ll be on high ground, untouched.

Therefore, let everyone who is godly pray to You [g]in a time when You may be found;Surely in a flood of great waters they will not reach him.

لِهَذَا لِيَعْتَرِفْ لَكَ كُلُّ تَقِيٍّ بِخَطَايَاهُ وَقْتَمَا يَجِدُكَ فلَا تَبْلُغَ إِلَيْهِ سُيُولُ التَّجَارِبِ الطَّامِيَةِ.

Derfor bør enhver gudfrygtig søge dig, så længe der endnu er tid.Hvis ulykkerne senere skyller ind over dem, er du parat til at redde dem.

Darum sollen alle, die dir treu sind, Herr, zu dir beten.Wer dich anruft, solange noch Zeit ist, der bleibt verschont von den Wogen des Unheils.

因此，趁着还能寻求你的时候，凡敬虔的人都当向你祷告；洪水泛滥时，就没有机会了。
