Psalm 32:4

For day and night Your hand [of displeasure] was heavy upon me;My [b]energy (vitality, strength) was drained away as with the burning heat of summer. Selah.

For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.

The pressure never let up; all the juices of my life dried up.

Day and night you punished me.I became weaker and weaker as I do in the heat of summer.

فَقَدْ كَانَتْ يَدُكَ ثَقِيلَةً عَلَيَّ نَهَاراً وَلَيْلاً، حَتَّى تَحَوَّلَتْ نَضَارَتِي إِلَى جَفَافِ حَرِّ الصَّيْفِ

Dag og nat lå din hånd tungt på mig, jeg følte mig trykket som under en hedebølge.

밤낮으로 주의 손이나를 무겁게 누르시므로여름의 뙤약볕에 물이 말라 버리듯내 기력이 쇠하였습니다.

Dag en nacht voelde ikhoe U tot mijn geweten sprak.Ik schrompelde in elkaar als bij grote hitte.
