Psalm 18:6

In my distress [when I seemed surrounded] I called upon the LordAnd cried to my God for help;He heard my voice from His temple,And my cry for help came before Him, into His very ears.

In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.

A hostile world! I call to God, I cry to God to help me.From his palace he hears my call; my cry brings me right into his presence— a private audience! 7-15 Earth wobbles and lurches; huge mountains shake like leaves,Quake like aspen leaves because of his rage.His nostrils flare, bellowing smoke; his mouth spits fire.Tongues of fire dart in and out; he lowers the sky.He steps down; under his feet an abyss opens up.He’s riding a winged creature, swift on wind-wings.Now he’s wrapped himself in a trenchcoat of black-cloud darkness.But his cloud-brightness bursts through, spraying hailstones and fireballs.Then God thundered out of heaven; the High God gave a great shout, spraying hailstones and fireballs.God shoots his arrows—pandemonium! He hurls his lightnings—a rout!The secret sources of ocean are exposed, the hidden depths of earth lie uncoveredThe moment you roar in protest, let loose your hurricane anger. 16-19 But me he caught—reached all the way from sky to sea; he pulled me outOf that ocean of hate, that enemy chaos, the void in which I was drowning.They hit me when I was down, but God stuck by me.He stood me up on a wide-open field; I stood there saved—surprised to be loved! 20-24 God made my life complete when I placed all the pieces before him.When I got my act together, he gave me a fresh start.Now I’m alert to God’s ways; I don’t take God for granted.Every day I review the ways he works; I try not to miss a trick.I feel put back together, and I’m watching my step.God rewrote the text of my life when I opened the book of my heart to his eyes. 25-27 The good people taste your goodness,The whole people taste your health,The true people taste your truth,The bad ones can’t figure you out.You take the side of the down-and-out,But the stuck-up you take down a peg. 28-29 Suddenly, God, you floodlight my life; I’m blazing with glory, God’s glory!I smash the bands of marauders, I vault the highest fences.

فِي ضِيقِي دَعَوْتُ الرَّبَّ وَصَرَخْتُ إِلَى إِلَهِي، فَسَمِعَ صَوْتِي مِنْ هَيْكَلِهِ، وَصَعِدَ صُرَاخِي أَمَامَهُ، بَلْ دَخَلَ أُذُنَيْهِ.

dødsriget strammede sit greb om mig, jeg sad fast i dødens fælde.

Hilflos musste ich zusehen, wie die tödliche Falle zuschnappte.

En mi angustia invoqué al Señor; clamé a mi Dios,y él me escuchó desde su templo; ¡mi clamor llegó a sus oídos!

Oui, le séjour des morts |m’entourait de ses liens,le piège de la mort |se refermait sur moi.

Gani sa akon kalisod nagpanawag ako sa imo, Ginoo.Nagpangayo ako sang bulig sa imo nga akon Dios,kag ginpamatian mo ang akon pangamuyo sa imo templo.

苦しみの中で、私は主の助けを叫び求めました。その声を、主は天から聞いてくださいました。叫びは届いたのです。

내가 고통 중에서여호와께 부르짖었더니그가 성소에서 내 음성을 들으시고 내가 부르짖는 소리에귀를 기울이셨네.

Ik voelde mij al bijna gestorvenen het einde naderde.

Na minha aflição clamei ao Senhor;gritei por socorro ao meu Deus.Do seu templo ele ouviu a minha voz;meu grito chegou à sua presença, aos seus ouvidos.

Clamei pelo Senhor, meu Deus, na minha tribulação,e ele ouviu-me desde o seu templo;o meu clamor chegou aos seus ouvidos.

Dar în necazul meu L-am chemat pe Domnul, am strigat către Dumnezeul meu.El a ascultat glasul meu din Templul Său cel Sfânt şi strigătul meu a ajuns înaintea Lui, până la urechile Sale.

Dödsrikets band omgav mig, dödens snaror föll över mig.

ในยามทุกข์โศก ข้าพเจ้าร้องทูลองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าข้าพเจ้าร้องทูลขอความช่วยเหลือจากพระเจ้าของข้าพเจ้าพระองค์ทรงสดับเสียงของข้าพเจ้าจากพระวิหารของพระองค์เสียงร่ำร้องของข้าพเจ้าไปถึงพระองค์ ถึงพระกรรณของพระองค์

在苦难中我呼求耶和华，向我的上帝求助。祂从殿中垂听我的呼求，我的声音达到祂耳中。

我 在 急 难 中 求 告 耶 和 华 ， 向 我 的 神 呼 求 。 他 从 殿 中 听 了 我 的 声 音 ； 我 在 他 面 前 的 呼 求 入 了 他 的 耳 中 。

在苦難中我呼求耶和華，向我的上帝求助。祂從殿中垂聽我的呼求，我的聲音達到祂耳中。
