Psalm 17:3

You have tried my heart;You have visited me in the night;You have tested me and You find nothing [evil in me];I intend that my mouth will not transgress.

Thou hast proved mine heart; thou hast visited me in the night; thou hast tried me, and shalt find nothing; I am purposed that my mouth shall not transgress.

Go ahead, examine me from inside out, surprise me in the middle of the night—You’ll find I’m just what I say I am. My words don’t run loose. 4-5 I’m not trying to get my way in the world’s way.I’m trying to get your way, your Word’s way.I’m staying on your trail; I’m putting one footIn front of the other. I’m not giving up. 6-7 I call to you, God, because I’m sure of an answer. So—answer! bend your ear! listen sharp!Paint grace-graffiti on the fences; take in your frightened children whoAre running from the neighborhood bullies straight to you. 8-9 Keep your eye on me; hide me under your cool wing feathersFrom the wicked who are out to get me, from mortal enemies closing in. 10-14 Their hearts are hard as nails, their mouths blast hot air.They are after me, nipping my heels, determined to bring me down,Lions ready to rip me apart, young lions poised to pounce.Up, God: beard them! break them! By your sword, free me from their clutches;Barehanded, God, break these mortals, these flat-earth people who can’t think beyond today. I’d like to see their bellies swollen with famine food,The weeds they’ve sown harvested and baked into famine bread,With second helpings for their children and crusts for their babies to chew on.

You have tried my heart;You have visited me by night;You have tested me and You find [b]nothing;I have purposed that my mouth will not transgress.

Look deep down into my heart. Study me carefully at night and test me. You won’t find anything wrong.I have planned nothing evil. My mouth has not said sinful things.

You have tested my thoughts and examined my heart in the night. You have scrutinized me and found nothing wrong. I am determined not to sin in what I say.

اخْتَبَرْتَ قَلْبِي إِذِ افْتَقَدْتَنِي لَيْلاً، وَامْتَحَنْتَنِي فَلَمْ تَجِدْ فِيَّ سُوءاً. لَمْ تُخَالِفْ أَقْوَالِي أَفْكَارِي.

Du er klar over mine motiver, du kender mine inderste tanker.Når du gransker mit hjerte, finder du intet forkert. Jeg har besluttet ikke at synde med mine ord.

Du durchschaust alles, was in mir vorgeht,du durchforschst mich auch in der Nacht. Du prüfst mich, aber du findest nichts, was du tadeln müsstest.Ich habe mir vorgenommen, mich nicht einmal zu bösen Worten hinreißen zu lassen!

神は私を調べて、正しいことを確認してくださいました。神は夜中に来られましたが、不正は何一つ見いださず、私が真実を語ってきたことを認められました。

주께서 내 마음을 시험하시고밤에 나를 조사하여철저히 살피셨으나나에게서 아무런 흠도찾지 못하셨으니내가 입으로 범죄하지 않을 것을결심하였습니다.

Beoordeel mijn geweten,U kunt dat zelfs ʼs nachts doen.Test mij maar.U zult niets verkeerds bij mij vinden,waar ik ook over spreek.

Provas o meu coração e de noite me examinas,tu me sondas, e nada encontras;decidi que a minha boca não pecará

Tu me puseste à prova,até durante a noite me tens examinado,e não tens encontrado nada de falso;estou decidido a não pecar nas minhas palavras.

Dacă vei cerceta inima mea noaptea, când mă vizitezi, dacă mă vei încerca, nu vei găsi nimic, căci mi-am propus să nu păcătuiesc cu gura.

แม้พระองค์ได้ทรงพิสูจน์จิตใจของข้าพระองค์ แม้พระองค์ได้ตรวจสอบข้าพระองค์ในยามค่ำคืนและทดสอบข้าพระองค์ พระองค์จะเห็นว่าข้าพระองค์ไม่ได้วางแผนชั่วใดๆปากของข้าพระองค์จะไม่ทำบาป

你试验过我的心思，夜间鉴察过我，磨炼过我，找不出任何过犯；我立志口不犯罪。

你 已 经 试 验 我 的 心 ； 你 在 夜 间 鉴 察 我 ； 你 熬 炼 我 ， 却 找 不 着 甚 麽 ； 我 立 志 叫 我 口 中 没 有 过 失 。

你試驗過我的心思，夜間鑒察過我，磨煉過我，找不出任何過犯；我立志口不犯罪。
