Psalm 14:2

The Lord has looked down from heaven upon the children of menTo see if there are any who understand (act wisely),Who [truly] seek after God, [longing for His wisdom and guidance].

The Lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.

God sticks his head out of heaven. He looks around.He’s looking for someone not stupid— one man, even, God-expectant, just one God-ready woman.

أَشْرَفَ الرَّبُّ عَلَى بَنِي آدَمَ لِيَرَى هَلْ هُنَاكَ أَيُّ فَاهِمٍ يَطْلُبُ اللهَ؟

Fra himlen ser Herren på menneskene:Er der nogen, der er forstandige? Er der nogen, der søger Gud?

Der Herr schaut vom Himmel auf die Menschen. Er will sehen, ob es wenigstens einen gibt, der einsichtig ist und nach ihm fragt.

耶和华从天上俯视人间，看有没有明智者，有没有寻求上帝的人。
