Psalm 135:8

Who struck the firstborn of Egypt,Both of man and animal;

Who smote the firstborn of Egypt, both of man and beast.

He killed the oldest son of each family in Egypt. He struck down the oldest males that were born to people and animals.

هُوَ الَّذِي ضَرَبَ أَبْكَارَ مِصْرَ، أَبْكَارَ النَّاسِ وَالْبَهَائِمِ.

Alle de førstefødte i Egypten slog han ihjel, både blandt mennesker og dyr.

In Ägypten tötete er alle ältesten Söhne, die Erstgeborenen von Mensch und Vieh.
