Psalm 106:26

Therefore He lifted up His hand [swearing] to them,That He would cause them to fall in the wilderness,

Therefore He [t]swore to themThat He would cast them down in the wilderness,

So he lifted up his hand and promised that he would make them die in the desert.

So he swore to them with uplifted hand that he would make them fall in the wilderness,

Therefore, he solemnly swore that he would kill them in the wilderness,

فَأَقْسَمَ أَنْ يُهْلِكَهُمْ فِي الْبَرِّيَّةِ،

Derfor svor han højt og helligt, at oprørerne skulle dø i ørkenen.
