Proverbs 30:32

If you have foolishly exalted yourself,Or if you have plotted evil, put your hand on your mouth.

If thou hast done foolishly in lifting up thyself, or if thou hast thought evil, lay thine hand upon thy mouth.

If you have been foolish in exalting yourselfOr if you have plotted evil, put your hand on your mouth.

“Do you do foolish things? Do you think you are better than others?Do you plan evil? If you do, put your hand over your mouth and stop talking!

“If you play the fool and exalt yourself, or if you plan evil, clap your hand over your mouth!

If you have been a fool by being proud or plotting evil, cover your mouth in shame.

إِنِ انْتَابَكَ الْحُمْقُ فَاغْتَرَرْتَ بِنَفْسِكَ، أَوْ شَرَعْتَ فِي تَدْبِيرِ الْمَكَائِدِ، فَأَطْبِقْ يَدَكَ عَلَى فَمِكَ.

Hvis du har været så dum at ophøje dig selv, eller hvis du har lagt ondskabsfulde planer, så hold op med det samme.

Wenn du meinst, du seist besser als andere, ob zu Recht oder zu Unrecht, dann halte den Mund und schweig lieber!
