Proverbs 30:13

There is a generation (class of people)—oh, how lofty are their eyes!And their eyelids are raised in arrogance.

There is a generation, O how lofty are their eyes! and their eyelids are lifted up.

Don’t be stuck-up and think you’re better than everyone else.

There is a [f]kind—oh how lofty are his eyes!And his eyelids are raised in arrogance.

رُبَّ جِيلٍ: لَشَدَّ مَا هُوَ مُتَشَامِخُ الْعُيُونِ وَمُتَعَالِي النَّظَرَاتِ.
