Proverbs 21:23

He who guards his mouth and his tongueGuards himself from troubles.

Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles.

Watch your words and hold your tongue; you’ll save yourself a lot of grief.

مَنْ يَصُونُ فَمَهُ وَلِسَانَهُ عَنِ اللَّغْوِ يَحْفَظُ نَفْسَهُ مِنَ الْمَتَاعِبِ.

Den, der formår at holde sin mund, kan undgå en masse problemer.
