Proverbs 13:10

Through pride and presumption come nothing but strife,But [skillful and godly] wisdom is with those who welcome [well-advised] counsel.

Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom.

Arrogant know-it-alls stir up discord, but wise men and women listen to each other’s counsel.

تُوَلِّدُ الْكِبْرِيَاءُ الْخُصُومَةَ، أَمَّا الْمُشَاوِرُونَ فَذَوُو حِكْمَةٍ.

Stolthed fører kun til strid, men at søge råd er tegn på visdom.

Wer überheblich ist, zettelt Streit an; der Kluge lässt sich etwas sagen.
