Obadiah 1:8

“Will I not on that day,” says the Lord,“Destroy the wise men from Edom [removing all wisdom]And understanding from the [c]mountain of Esau?

Shall I not in that day, saith the Lord, even destroy the wise men out of Edom, and understanding out of the mount of Esau?

“Will I not on that day,” declares the Lord,“Destroy wise men from EdomAnd understanding from the mountain of Esau?

Here is what the Lord announces. “At that time I will destroy the wise men of Edom.I will wipe out the men of understanding in the mountains of Esau.

“In that day,” declares the Lord, “will I not destroy the wise men of Edom, those of understanding in the mountains of Esau?

‘In that day,’ declares the Lord, ‘will I not destroy the wise men of Edom, those of understanding in the mountains of Esau?

At that time not a single wise person will be left in the whole land of Edom,” says the Lord.“For on the mountains of Edom I will destroy everyone who has understanding.

أَلا أَسْتَأْصِلُ فِي ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ حُكَمَاءَ أَدُومَ، يَقُولُ الرَّبُّ، وَأُزِيلُ الْفَهْمَ مِنْ جَبَلِ عِيسُو؟

Til den tid vil jeg straffe Edom og udrydde alle de dygtige og kloge blandt Esaus efterkommere.

Wenn jener Tag kommt, hat für euch klugen Leute im Bergland von Edom die letzte Stunde geschlagen. Dafür sorge ich, der Herr! Dann seid ihr mit eurer Weisheit am Ende!

¿Acaso no destruiré yo en aquel día a los sabios de Edom, a la inteligencia del monte de Esaú? —afirma el Señor—.

En ce jour-là,l’Eternel le déclare,je vais faire périr |tous les sages d’Edom,je ferai disparaître |tout le discernement |de la montagne d’Esaü.

Ako, ang Ginoo, nagasiling nga sa tion nga silutan ko na kamo, laglagon ko ang inyo maalam nga mga tawo. Madula ang kaalam sa Edom nga ginatawag Bukid ni Esau.

その日、エドム中を捜しても、賢い者など残っていない」と主は言う。「わたしがエドムの賢者たちを愚かにするからだ。

“그 날에 내가 에돔을 벌하여 지혜로운 자들을 모조리 없애 버리겠다.

Op die dag,’ zegt de Here, ‘zal in Edom geen enkele wijze man meer worden gevonden. Want Ik zal de wijze mannen van Edom vullen met onverstand.

“Naquele dia”, declara o Senhor, “destruirei os sábios de Edom,e os mestres dos montes de Esaú.

Nesse dia, nem um só sábio será deixado em todo Edom, diz o Senhor. Antes encherei aqueles que eram considerados como tal, com estupidez.

În ziua aceea, zice Domnul, oare nu-i voi distruge Eu pe înţelepţii Edomului şi priceperea din muntele lui Esau?

В тот день, – возвещает Вечный, – Я истреблю мудрых в Эдоме и благоразумных на горе Есава.

”På den dagen, säger Herren, ska jag förgöra de visa i Edom, allt förstånd på Esaus berg.

องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศว่า “ในวันนั้นเราจะไม่ทำลายปราชญ์ของเอโดมและผู้ที่มีความเข้าใจที่ภูเขาต่างๆ ของเอซาวหรือ?

耶和华说：“到那天，我要毁灭以东的智者，除掉以扫山上的明哲。

耶 和 华 说 ： 到 那 日 ， 我 岂 不 从 以 东 除 灭 智 慧 人 ？ 从 以 扫 山 除 灭 聪 明 人 ？

耶和華說：「到那天，我要毀滅以東的智者，除掉以掃山上的明哲。
