وَاسْتَكْشِفُوا الْبِلادَ وَأَوْضَاعَهَا وَهَلْ شَعْبُهَا الْمُقِيمُ فِيهَا قَوِيٌّ أَمْ ضَعِيفٌ؟ أَكَثِيرٌ هُوَ أَمْ قَلِيلٌ؟
