Nehemiah 6:10

When I went into the house of Shemaiah the son of Delaiah, the son of Mehetabel, who was [a]confined at home, he said, “Let us meet [and take refuge] together in the house of God, [b]within the temple, and let us shut the doors of the temple, because they are coming to kill you, and they are coming to kill you at night.”

Afterward I came unto the house of Shemaiah the son of Delaiah the son of Mehetabeel, who was shut up; and he said, Let us meet together in the house of God, within the temple, and let us shut the doors of the temple: for they will come to slay thee; yea, in the night will they come to slay thee.

Then I met secretly with Shemaiah son of Delaiah, the son of Mehetabel, at his house. He said:Let’s meet at the house of God, inside The Temple;Let’s find safety behind locked doors because they’re coming to kill you,Yes, coming by night to kill you.

When I entered the house of Shemaiah the son of Delaiah, son of Mehetabel, who was [h]confined at home, he said, “Let us meet together in the house of God, within the temple, and let us close the doors of the temple, for they are coming to kill you, and they are coming to kill you at night.”

One day I went to Shemaiah’s house. He was the son of Delaiah. Delaiah was the son of Mehetabel. Shemaiah had shut himself up in his home. He said, “Let’s go to God’s house. Let’s meet inside the temple and close the doors. Some men are coming at night to kill you.”

ثُمَّ تَوَجَّهْتُ إِلَى بَيْتِ شَمْعِيَا بْنِ دَلايَا بْنِ مَهِيطَبْئِيلَ وَكَانَ مُغْلَقاً عَلَيْهِ فِي بَيْتِهِ. فَقَالَ: «هَيَّا بِنَا نَلْجَأُ إِلَى وَسَطِ هَيْكَلِ اللهِ وَنُقْفِلُ أَبْوَابَهُ عَلَيْنَا، لأَنَّهُمْ قَادِمُونَ فِي اللَّيْلِ لاغْتِيَالِكَ».
