Nahum 1:14

The Lord has given a command concerning you [O king of Nineveh]:“Your name will no longer be perpetuated.I will cut off the carved idols and cast imagesFrom the temple of your gods;I will prepare your grave,For you are vile and unworthy.”

And the Lord hath given a commandment concerning thee, that no more of thy name be sown: out of the house of thy gods will I cut off the graven image and the molten image: I will make thy grave; for thou art vile.

God’s orders on Nineveh:“You’re the end of the line. It’s all over with Nineveh.I’m gutting your temple. Your gods and goddesses go in the trash.I’m digging your grave. It’s an unmarked grave. You’re nothing—no, you’re less than nothing!”

The Lord has issued a command concerning [e]you:“[f]Your name will no longer be perpetuated.I will cut off [g]idol and [h]imageFrom the house of your gods.I will prepare your grave,For you are contemptible.”

Nineveh, the Lord has given an order concerning you. He has said, “You will not have any children to carry on your name.I will destroy the wooden and metal statues that are in the temple of your gods.I will get your grave ready for you. You are worthless.”

The Lord has given a command concerning you, Nineveh: “You will have no descendants to bear your name.I will destroy the images and idols that are in the temple of your gods.I will prepare your grave, for you are vile.”

And this is what the Lord says concerning the Assyrians in Nineveh:“You will have no more children to carry on your name. I will destroy all the idols in the temples of your gods.I am preparing a grave for you because you are despicable!”

وَهَا الرَّبُّ قَدْ أَصْدَرَ قَضَاءَهُ بِشَأْنِكَ يَا أَشُّورُ: لَنْ تَبْقَى لَكَ ذُرِّيَّةٌ تَحْمِلُ اسْمَكَ. وَأَسْتَأْصِلُ مِنْ هَيْكَلِ آلهَتِكَ مَنْحُوتَاتِكَ وَمَسْبُوكَاتِكَ، وَأَجْعَلُهُ قَبْرَكَ، لأَنَّكَ صِرْتَ نَجِساً.

Og til Nineves konge siger Herren:„Din kongeslægt skal uddø. Jeg gør det af med gudebillederne i dit afgudstempel.Jeg gør graven klar til dig, for du er ikke bedre værd.”

Zum assyrischen König aber sagt der Herr:[c] »Für mich bist du schon so gut wie tot; ich habe dir das Grab geschaufelt. Du wirst keine Nachkommen mehr haben, und aus deinem Tempel werfe ich sämtliche Götzenstatuen hinaus.«

Mais quant à toi, |voici ce que décrète |l’Eternel contre toi :Tu n’auras pas de descendance |qui perpétue ton nom.Je ferai disparaître |du temple de tes dieuxles idoles taillées, |les statues de métal fondu,je prépare ta tombecar toi, tu ne vaux rien.

Amo ini ang ginasiling sang Ginoo sa mga taga-Asiria: “Dulaon ko ang inyo mga kaliwat kag gub-on ko ang mga imahen nga kahoy ukon metal sa templo sang inyo mga dios-dios. Ipreparar ko na ang inyo mga lulubngan kay indi kamo dapat mabuhi.”

それから、アッシリヤの王にこう宣告する。「おまえの王朝はもう終わりだ。息子たちが王位につくことはない。わたしはおまえの神々や神殿を破壊し、おまえを葬り去ろう。罪の悪臭がひどいからだ。」

니느웨야, 여호와께서 너에 대하여 말씀하셨다. “네 이름이 더 이상 존재하지 않을 것이다. 내가 너의 신전에 있는 우상들을 깨뜨려 버리고 너의 무덤을 준비하겠다. 이것은 네가 아주 더러워졌기 때문이다.”

En tegen die koning zegt de Here: ‘Ik ga een eind maken aan het voortbestaan van uw vorstenhuis. Ik zal uw tempels met zijn gesneden en gegoten afgodsbeelden verwoesten. Ikzelf zal uw graf delven, want u bent het leven niet waard!’

O Senhor decreta o seguinte a seu respeito, ó rei de Nínive:“Você não terá descendentes que perpetuem o seu nome.Destruirei as imagens esculpidas e os ídolos de metal do templo dos seus deuses.Prepararei o seu túmulo, porque você é desprezível”.

E quanto a ti, Nínive, declara o Senhor: “Já ordenei o fim da tua dinastia. Os teus filhos não se sentarão mais no teu trono. Destruirei os teus deuses e os templos e farei com que desças ao túmulo, porque o teu pecado é do mais vil que há!”

Iată ce a poruncit Domnul cu privire la tine, Ninive: «Nu vei mai avea urmaşi care să-ţi poarte numele!Voi tăia chipul cioplit şi cel turnat din templul zeilor tăi.Îţi voi pregăti mormântul, căci te-am găsit uşor[d].»

Herren har gett en befallning om dig[b]: ”Det ska inte finnas någon efterkommande som för ditt namn vidare. Ur ditt gudatempel ska jag förstöra alla gudabilder, såväl skurna som gjutna, och jag ska göra i ordning en grav åt dig, för du är värdelös.”

องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าทรงบัญชาเกี่ยวกับนีนะเวห์ว่า“เจ้าจะไม่มีลูกหลานสืบสกุลเราจะทำลายรูปสลักและเทวรูปที่หล่อขึ้นซึ่งอยู่ในวิหารแห่งเทพเจ้าของเจ้าเราจะเตรียมหลุมฝังศพของเจ้าเพราะเจ้าชั่วช้าสามานย์”

尼尼微啊，耶和华已发出有关你的命令：“你的名不会传于后世。我要摧毁你神庙中雕刻和铸造的偶像。我要为你掘好坟墓，因为你毫无用处。”

耶 和 华 已 经 出 令 ， 指 着 尼 尼 微 说 ： 你 名 下 的 人 必 不 留 後 ； 我 必 从 你 神 的 庙 中 除 灭 雕 刻 的 偶 像 和 铸 造 的 偶 像 ； 我 必 因 你 鄙 陋 ， 使 你 归 於 坟 墓 。
