Nahum 1:11

From you [O Nineveh],One has gone forth who plotted evil against the Lord,A malevolent [f]counselor [the king of Assyria].

There is one come out of thee, that imagineth evil against the Lord, a wicked counsellor.

Nineveh’s an anthill of evil plots against God,A think tank for lies that seduce and betray. 12-13 And God has something to say about all this: “Even though you’re on top of the world,With all the applause and all the votes, you’ll be mowed down flat. “I’ve afflicted you, Judah, true, but I won’t afflict you again.From now on I’m taking the yoke from your neck and splitting it up for kindling.I’m cutting you free from the ropes of your bondage.”

Nineveh, a king has marched out from you. He makes evil plans against the Lord. He thinks about how he can do what is wrong.

مِنْكِ خَرَجَ يَا نِينَوَى مَنْ تَآمَرَ بِالشَّرِّ عَلَى الرَّبِّ، وَالْمُشِيرُ بِالسُّوءِ.

Fra dig, Nineve,[b] kom der en, der satte sig op mod Herren selv.Han havde lagt onde planer,

Aus dir, Ninive, kam ein Herrscher, der finstere Pläne gegen den Herrn schmiedete und nur Unheil ausbrütete.

主に刃向かおうとするとは、おまえの王は、いったい何者か。

니느웨야, 여호와께 악을 꾀하는 한 사람이 네 가운데서 나와 악을 권유하고 있다.

Wat is die koning van u die een complot smeedde tegen de Here? Wat is dat voor een man die zulke boze plannen beraamt?

你们当中有一个人，一个邪恶的阴谋者，图谋抵挡耶和华。
