Matthew 12:7

And if you had only known what this statement means, ‘I desire compassion [for those in distress], [d]and not [animal] sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the innocent. Lord of the Sabbath

Y si supierais qué significa “Yo quiero misericordia, no sacrificio”, no condenaríais a quienes son inocentes.

Scripture says, ‘I want mercy and not sacrifice.’ (Hosea 6:6) You don’t know what those words mean. If you did, you would not bring charges against those who are not guilty.

אילו הבינותם את הפסוק[a]: 'חסד חפצתי ולא זבח', לא הייתם מרשיעים חפים מפשע!

หากท่านเข้าใจความหมายของข้อความที่ว่า ‘เราประสงค์ความเมตตา ไม่ใช่เครื่องบูชา’[b] ท่านก็คงจะไม่กล่าวโทษผู้ที่ไม่มีความผิด

如果你们明白‘我喜爱怜悯之心，而非祭物’这句经文的意义，就不会冤枉无辜了。

我 喜 爱 怜 恤 ， 不 喜 爱 祭 祀 。 你 们 若 明 白 这 话 的 意 思 ， 就 不 将 无 罪 的 当 作 有 罪 的 了 。

如果你們明白『我喜愛憐憫之心，而非祭物』這句經文的意義，就不會冤枉無辜了。
