Leviticus 19:32

‘You shall rise before the gray-headed and honor the aged, and you shall fear your God [with profound reverence]; I am the Lord.

Thou shalt rise up before the hoary head, and honour the face of the old man, and fear thy God: I am the Lord.

Treat the foreigner the same as a native. Love him like one of your own. Remember that you were once foreigners in Egypt. I am God, your God. 35-36 “Don’t cheat when measuring length, weight, or quantity. Use honest scales and weights and measures. I am God, your God. I brought you out of Egypt.

قِفْ فِي حَضْرَةِ كِبَارِ السِّنِّ، وَوَقِّرِ الشُّيُوخَ، وَاتَّقِ إِلَهَكَ، فَأَنَا الرَّبُّ.

I skal vise hensyn og respekt over for de ældre. Derved ærer I jeres Gud. Jeg er Herren.

老人には一目おき、尊敬を払いなさい。また、神を恐れなさい。わたしは主である。

“너희는 나이 많은 노인을 공경하며 높이 받들어 모시고 나를 두려운 마음으로 섬겨라. 나는 너희 하나님 여호와이다.

Eer en respecteer de ouderen, in ontzag voor God, Ik ben de Here.

“Levantem-se na presença dos idosos, honrem os anciãos, temam o seu Deus. Eu sou o Senhor.

Devem honrar e respeitar os mais velhos, os que têm os seus cabelos já brancos, porque assim respeitarão também a Deus. Eu sou o Senhor.

Să te ridici înaintea perilor albi şi să onorezi pe cel bătrân; să te temi de Dumnezeul tău. Eu sunt Domnul.
