Leviticus 12:2

“Speak to the children of Israel, saying,‘If a woman conceives and gives birth to a male child, she shall be [ceremonially] unclean for seven days, unclean as during her monthly period.

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman have conceived seed, and born a man child: then she shall be unclean seven days; according to the days of the separation for her infirmity shall she be unclean.

“Speak to the sons of Israel, saying:‘When a woman [a]gives birth and bears a male child, then she shall be unclean for seven days, as in the days of [b]her menstruation she shall be unclean.

“Speak to the Israelites. Tell them, ‘Suppose a woman becomes pregnant and has a baby boy. Then she will be “unclean” for seven days. It is the same as when she is “unclean” during her monthly period.

“Say to the Israelites: ‘A woman who becomes pregnant and gives birth to a son will be ceremonially unclean for seven days, just as she is unclean during her monthly period.

‘Say to the Israelites: “A woman who becomes pregnant and gives birth to a son will be ceremonially unclean for seven days, just as she is unclean during her monthly period.

«أَوْصِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ: إِذَا حَمَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ وَوَلَدَتْ ذَكَراً، تَظَلُّ الأُمُّ فِي حَالَةِ نَجَاسَةٍ سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ، كَمَا فِي أَيَّامِ فَتْرَةِ الْحَيْضِ.

„Efter at en kvinde har født en dreng, skal hun regnes for uren i syv dage ligesom under hendes menstruation.
