Leviticus 11:4

Nevertheless, you are not to eat these, among those which chew the cud or divide the hoof: the camel, because it chews the cud but does not divide the hoof; it is [ceremonially] unclean to you.

Nevertheless these shall ye not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that divide the hoof: as the camel, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he is unclean unto you.

“‘There are some that only chew the cud or only have a divided hoof, but you must not eat them. The camel, though it chews the cud, does not have a divided hoof; it is ceremonially unclean for you.

You may not, however, eat the following animals[a] that have split hooves or that chew the cud, but not both. The camel chews the cud but does not have split hooves, so it is ceremonially unclean for you.

أَمَّا الْحَيَوَانَاتُ الْمُجْتَرَّةُ فَقَطْ، أَوِ الْمَشْقُوقَةُ الظِّلْفِ فَقَطْ، فَلا تَأْكُلُوا مِنْهَا، فَالْجَمَلُ غَيْرُ طَاهِرٍ لَكُمْ لأَنَّهُ مُجْتَرٌّ وَلَكِنَّهُ غَيْرُ مَشْقُوقِ الظِّلْفِ،

Det vil sige, at følgende dyr regnes for urene, og de må ikke spises: Kamelen, som ganske vist tygger drøv, men ikke har spaltede klove,

Quer isto dizer que os seguintes animais não devem ser comidos: o camelo que rumina, mas não tem o casco fendido, deve ser considerado impuro;

Dock ska ni inte äta följande, trots att de idisslar eller har kluvna klövar: kamelen som visserligen idisslar men inte har några klövar den ska vara oren för er,
