Lamentations 4:8

Their appearance is [now] blacker than soot [because of the prolonged famine];They are not recognized in the streets;Their skin clings to their bones;It is withered, and it has become [dry] like wood.

Their visage is blacker than a coal; they are not known in the streets: their skin cleaveth to their bones; it is withered, it is become like a stick.

But now they are smeared with soot, unrecognizable in the street,Their bones sticking out, their skin dried out like old leather.

فَأَصْبَحَتْ صُورَتُهُمْ أَكْثَرَ سَوَاداً مِنَ الْفَحْمِ، فَلَمْ يُعْرَفُوا فِي الشَّوَارِعِ. لَصِقَتْ جُلُودُهُمْ بِعِظَامِهِمْ، وَصَارَتْ جَافَّةً كَالْحَطَبِ.

Ingen ville kunne genkende dem nu, hvis de mødte dem på gaden, for de er det rene skind og ben med ansigter sorte som sod.

Jetzt aber ist ihr Gesicht dunkel wie Ruß,sie sind bis auf die Knochen abgemagert,und ihr Körper ist so spindeldürr geworden,dass man sie auf der Straße nicht wiedererkennt.

Leur aspect est plus sombre, |à présent, que la suie,nul ne les reconnaît |maintenant dans les rues.La peau leur colle aux os,elle est devenue sèche |comme du bois.

それが今では、顔はすすけたように真っ黒です。町の中にいても見分けがつきません。皮膚はかさかさに乾いてしなび、骨にへばりついています。

그러나 지금은 그 얼굴이 숯보다 검고 그 가죽이 뼈에 붙어 막대기같이 되었으니 아무도 그들을 길거리에서 알아볼 수 없게 되었네.

Maar nu zijn hun gezichten zo zwart als roet. Niemand herkent hen nog. Hun huid kleeft aan hun botten: hard, droog en verweerd.

Acum însă sunt mai negri la înfăţişare decât funinginea, astfel că nu-i mai recunoşti pe străzi.Pielea li s-a lipit de oase şi a devenit uscată ca lemnul.

Nu är deras väsen svartare än sot. Man känner inte igen dem på gatorna. Deras hud stramar kring benen, den har blivit torr som trä.

现在，他们的面目比煤炭还黑，走在街上无人认得。他们骨瘦如柴，干如枯木。
