Lamentations 4:14

They wandered, blind, in the streets;They were defiled with bloodSo that no one could touch their garments.

They have wandered as blind men in the streets, they have polluted themselves with blood, so that men could not touch their garments.

These prophets and priests blindly grope their way through the streets, grimy and stained from their dirty lives,Wasted by their wasted lives, shuffling from fatigue, dressed in rags.

Now those prophets and priests have to feel their way along the streets as if they were blind.The blood of those they killed has made them “unclean.” So no one dares to touch their clothes.

تَاهُوا كَعُمْيٍ فِي الشَّوَارِعِ، مُلَطَّخِينَ بِالدَّمِ حَتَّى لَمْ يَقْدِرْ أَحَدٌ أَنْ يَلْمُسَ ثِيَابَهُمْ.

Overalt i byen raver folk rundt i blinde. De kan ikke undgå at røre ved blod, og derfor er de urene.

今や、彼らは血にまみれ、触れるものは何でも汚しながら、あてもなく町の中をさまよい歩いています。

그들이 맹인처럼 거리를 방황하며 그 옷이 피로 더럽혀졌으니 아무도 만질 수 없게 되었구나.

Nu wankelen deze zelfde mannen als blinden door de straten, besmeurd met bloed zodat niemand hen durft aan te raken.

Hoje eles tateiam pelas ruas como cegos, e tão sujos de sangue estão,que ninguém ousa tocar em suas vestes.

Agora esses mesmos homens andam cambaleando cegos, através das ruas, cobertos de sangue, tornando impuro tudo o que tocam.
