You have made us scum and refuseAmong the peoples (Gentile nations).

Thou hast made us as the offscouring and refuse in the midst of the people.

قَدْ جَعَلْتَنَا أَوْسَاخاً وَأَقْذَاراً بَيْنَ الشُّعُوبِ.
