But this I call to mind,Therefore I have hope.

Håbet er dog ikke helt udslukt, for én ting holder jeg fast ved:

Aber eine Hoffnung bleibt mir noch,an ihr halte ich trotz allem fest:

Toch blijf ik hopen, want ik denk:22,23 dankzij de goedheid van de Here zijn wij niet omgekomen. Hij blijft voor ons zorgen en zijn trouw is elke dag weer nieuw.
