Lamentations 2:19

“Arise, cry aloud in the night,At the beginning of the night watches;Pour out your heart like waterBefore the presence of the Lord;Lift up your hands to HimFor the life of your little onesWho are faint from hungerAt the head of every street.”

Arise, cry out in the night: in the beginning of the watches pour out thine heart like water before the face of the Lord: lift up thy hands toward him for the life of thy young children, that faint for hunger in the top of every street.

As each night watch begins, get up and cry out in prayer. Pour your heart out face-to-face with the Master. Lift high your hands. Beg for the lives of your children who are starving to death out on the streets.

Get up. Cry out as the night begins. Tell the Lord all your troubles.Lift up your hands to him. Pray that the lives of your children will be spared.At every street corner they faint because they are so hungry.

قُومِي وَانْتَحِبِي فِي الرُّبْعِ الأَوَّلِ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ. اسْكُبِي كَالْمَاءِ قَلْبَكِ فِي مَحْضَرِ الرَّبِّ. ارْفَعِي إِلَيْهِ يَدَيْكِ مِنْ أَجْلِ نُفُوسِ أَطْفَالِكِ الْمَغْشِيِّ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنَ الْجُوعِ عِنْدَ نَاصِيَةِ كُلِّ شَارِعٍ.

Udgyd dine tårer for Herren natten igennem. Løft hænderne og bønfald ham om at redde dine indbyggere, som er ved at dø af sult i dine gader.

Steh mitten in der Nacht auf,wenn alles außer dem Wächter noch schläft,und flehe unermüdlich zu Gott um Hilfe.Heb deine Hände zu ihm emporund schütte dein Herz bei ihm aus!Bestürme ihn mit deinen Bitten,damit er das Leben deiner Kinder verschont,die an allen Straßenecken verhungern.

Magbangon kamo sa gab-i kag magpangayo sang bulig sa Ginoo. Ipautwas ang tanan ninyo nga balatyagon sa iya, nga daw sa nagabubo kamo sang tubig. Ibayaw ang inyo mga kamot sa pagpangamuyo para sa kabuhi sang inyo mga kabataan nga nagakalipong sa gutom sa mga karsada.

夜を徹して、神に叫びなさい。主に向かって両手を上げ、心を水のように注ぎ出しなさい。飢えて道にしゃがみ込んでいる子どもたちのために、ひたすら祈りなさい。

“너는 초저녁부터 일어나 부르짖으며 네 마음을 여호와 앞에 물쏟듯 쏟아 놓아라. 너는 거리에서 굶주려 죽어 가는 네 어린 자녀들의 생명을 위하여 여호와께 손을 들고 부르짖어라.”

Sta ʼs nachts op en roep naar uw God. Stort uw hart als water uit voor de Here, hef uw handen naar Hem op en pleit voor uw kinderen, die in de straten neervallen van de honger.

Levante-se, grite no meio da noite, quando começam as vigílias noturnas;derrame o seu coração como água na presença do Senhor.Levante para ele as mãos em favor da vida de seus filhos,que desmaiam de fome nas esquinas de todas as ruas.

Levanta-te de noite e clama a Deus; derrama o teu coração como se fosse água, perante o Senhor; levanta para ele as mãos e intercede pelos teus filhos que morrem de fome nas ruas.

Ridică-te! Plângi în noapte, la începutul străjilor![h]Varsă-ţi inima, asemenea apei, înaintea Stăpânului!Ridică-ţi mâinile spre El pentru viaţa copiilor tăi,care sunt leşinaţi de foame la capătul fiecărei străzi.

Gå upp och ropa i natten, i början av nattväkterna, utgjut ditt hjärta som vatten inför Herren! Lyft dina händer upp mot honom för dina barns liv, för de tynar bort av hunger i varje gathörn.

จงลุกขึ้นร่ำไห้ในยามค่ำคืนตั้งแต่เริ่มมืดจงระบายความในใจของเจ้าออกมาเหมือนสายน้ำต่อหน้าองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าจงชูมือขึ้นอ้อนวอนพระองค์เพื่อชีวิตลูกเล็กเด็กแดงทั้งหลายของเจ้าซึ่งเป็นลมไปเพราะความหิวโหยอยู่ทุกหัวถนน

你要在夜间起来，在主面前整夜呼求，向祂倾心吐意；你要为饿昏街头的孩童向主举手祷告。

夜 间 ， 每 逢 交 更 的 时 候 要 起 来 呼 喊 ， 在 主 面 前 倾 心 如 水 。 你 的 孩 童 在 各 市 口 上 受 饿 发 昏 ； 你 要 为 他 们 的 性 命 向 主 举 手 祷 告 。

你要在夜間起來，在主面前整夜呼求，向祂傾心吐意；你要為餓昏街頭的孩童向主舉手禱告。
