Judges 2:10

Also, all [the people of] that generation were gathered to their fathers [in death]; and another generation arose after them who did not know (recognize, understand) the Lord, nor even the work which He had done for Israel. Israel Serves Baals

And also all that generation were gathered unto their fathers: and there arose another generation after them, which knew not the Lord, nor yet the works which he had done for Israel.

Eventually that entire generation died and was buried. Then another generation grew up that didn’t know anything of God or the work he had done for Israel. 11-15 The People of Israel did evil in God’s sight: they served Baal-gods; they deserted God, the God of their parents who had led them out of Egypt; they took up with other gods, gods of the peoples around them. They actually worshiped them! And oh, how they angered God as they worshiped god Baal and goddess Astarte! God’s anger was hot against Israel: He handed them off to plunderers who stripped them; he sold them cheap to enemies on all sides. They were helpless before their enemies. Every time they walked out the door God was with them—but for evil, just as God had said, just as he had sworn he would do. They were in a bad way. 16-17 But then God raised up judges who saved them from their plunderers. But they wouldn’t listen to their judges; they prostituted themselves to other gods—worshiped them! They lost no time leaving the road walked by their parents, the road of obedience to God’s commands. They refused to have anything to do with it. 18-19 When God was setting up judges for them, he would be right there with the judge: He would save them from their enemies’ oppression as long as the judge was alive, for God was moved to compassion when he heard their groaning because of those who afflicted and beat them. But when the judge died, the people went right back to their old ways—but even worse than their parents!—running after other gods, serving and worshiping them. Stubborn as mules, they didn’t drop a single evil practice. 20-22 And God’s anger blazed against Israel. He said, “Because these people have thrown out my covenant that I commanded their parents and haven’t listened to me, I’m not driving out one more person from the nations that Joshua left behind when he died. I’ll use them to test Israel and see whether they stay on God’s road and walk down it as their parents did.”

All the people of Joshua’s time joined the members of their families who had already died. Then those who were born after them grew up. They didn’t know the Lord and what he had done for Israel.

After that whole generation had been gathered to their ancestors, another generation grew up who knew neither the Lord nor what he had done for Israel.

وَكَذَلِكَ مَاتَ أَيْضاً كُلُّ جِيلِ يَشُوعَ، وَأَعْقَبَهُمْ جِيلٌ آخَرُ لَمْ يَعْرِفِ الرَّبَّ وَلا كُلَّ أَعْمَالِهِ الَّتِي أَجْرَاهَا مِنْ أَجْلِ إِسْرَائِيلَ.

Efterhånden som hele den generation uddøde, blev den afløst af en ny generation, som hverken kendte Herren eller huskede de undere, han havde gjort for Israel,

Als von seiner Generation keiner mehr lebte, gab es eine neue Generation, die den Herrn weder kannte noch wusste, was er für Israel getan hatte.

Sang nagkalamatay ang mga tawo sa sina nga henerasyon, nagbulos ang sunod nga henerasyon nga wala nakakilala sa Ginoo kag wala sing may nahibaluan kon ano ang ginhimo sang Ginoo para sa Israel.

ところが、ヨシュアと同世代の人々がみな世を去ると、あとの世代は彼らの神を主として礼拝せず、主がイスラエルのために行ったわざさえ関心を示さなくなったのです。

그리고 그 당시 사람들도 마침내 다 죽어 없어지고 새로운 세대가 일어났는데 이들은 여호와를 알지 못하고 여호와께서 이스라엘을 위해 행하신 일도 알지 못하는 자들이었다. 여호와를 저버리는 이스라엘 백성

Maar na verloop van tijd waren die tijdgenoten ook gestorven en de volgende generatie kende de Here niet, zij hadden de grote wonderen die Hij voor Israël had gedaan, niet meegemaakt.

Depois que toda aquela geração foi reunida a seus antepassados, surgiu uma nova geração que não conhecia o Senhor e o que ele havia feito por Israel.

Contudo, essa geração acabou por morrer; veio depois outra que ignorou o Senhor e tudo o que tinha feito por Israel.

Apoi toţi cei din generaţia aceea au fost adăugaţi la părinţii lor, iar după ei s-a ridicat o altă generaţie care nu-L cunoştea nici pe Domnul şi nici lucrările făcute de El pentru Israel.

När hela den generationen hade dött och samlats till sina fäder, växte det upp en generation som varken kände Herren eller visste vad han gjort för Israel.

หลังจากคนในชั่วอายุนั้นสิ้นชีวิตหมดแล้ว คนรุ่นต่อมาก็ไม่รู้จักองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าและไม่รู้ถึงสิ่งที่พระองค์ทรงทำเพื่ออิสราเอล

那一代人都去世后，新一代不认识耶和华，也不知道耶和华为以色列人所行的事。

那 世 代 的 人 也 都 归 了 自 己 的 列 祖 。 後 来 有 别 的 世 代 兴 起 ， 不 知 道 耶 和 华 ， 也 不 知 道 耶 和 华 为 以 色 列 人 所 行 的 事 。

那一代人都去世後，新一代不認識耶和華，也不知道耶和華為以色列人所行的事。
