Joshua 11:8

The Lord handed them over to Israel, who struck them and pursued them as far as Great Sidon and Misrephoth-maim and eastward as far as the Valley of Mizpeh; they struck them down until no survivor was left.

And the Lord delivered them into the hand of Israel, who smote them, and chased them unto great Zidon, and unto Misrephothmaim, and unto the valley of Mizpeh eastward; and they smote them, until they left them none remaining.

Herren overgav hele fjendens hær til israelitterne, der forfulgte dem op til Storsidon og Misrefot-Majim—og østpå ind i Mitzpadalen. Hele fjendens hær blev hugget ned. Ikke en eneste blev skånet.

De Here gaf dat enorme leger in de macht van de Israëlieten, die het achtervolgden tot aan Groot-Sidon en een plaats die Brandend Water werd genoemd en in oostelijke richting tot aan het dal van Mispa. Geen enkele vijand overleefde deze veldslag.

Herren överlämnade hela den stora armén i israeliternas hand och de förföljde den ända bort till stora Sidon till en plats som kallades Misrefot Majim och vidare till Mispadalen i öster tills det inte fanns en enda överlevande kvar.
