Joshua 10:30

The Lord gave it also along with its king into the hands of Israel, and Joshua struck it and every [h]person who was in it with the edge of the sword. He left no survivor in it. So he did to the king of Libnah just as he had done to the king of Jericho.

And the Lord delivered it also, and the king thereof, into the hand of Israel; and he smote it with the edge of the sword, and all the souls that were therein; he let none remain in it; but did unto the king thereof as he did unto the king of Jericho.

Herren overgav byen og dens konge til israelitterne. Alle blev hugget ned uden skånsel, og kongen af Libna fik samme behandling som kongen af Jeriko.

Herren gav också den staden och dess kung i Israels våld. Josua dödade invånarna och allt levande med svärd och lät ingen komma undan. Med dess kung gjorde han som han hade gjort med kungen i Jeriko.
