John 11:4

When Jesus heard this, He said, “This sickness will not end in death; but [on the contrary it is] for the glory and honor of God, so that the Son of God may be glorified by it.”

When Jesus got the message, he said, “This sickness is not fatal. It will become an occasion to show God’s glory by glorifying God’s Son.” 5-7 Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus, but oddly, when he heard that Lazarus was sick, he stayed on where he was for two more days. After the two days, he said to his disciples, “Let’s go back to Judea.”

But when Jesus heard this, He said, “This sickness is not to end in death, but for the glory of God, so that the Son of God may be glorified by it.”

Jesús, al recibir el mensaje, dijo: —Esta enfermedad no va a ser causa de muerte, sino que va a servir para que Dios sea glorificado, y asimismo para que por ella sea glorificado el Hijo.

فَلَمَّا سَمِعَ بِذلِكَ قَالَ: «لَنْ يَنْتَهِيَ هَذَا الْمَرَضُ بِالْمَوْتِ، بَلْ سَيُؤَدِّي إِلَى تَمْجِيدِ اللهِ، إِذْ بِهِ سَيَتَمَجَّدُ ابْنُ اللهِ».

Quand Jésus apprit la nouvelle, il dit : Cette maladie n’aboutira pas à la mort, elle servira à glorifier Dieu ; elle sera une occasion pour faire apparaître la gloire du Fils de Dieu.

כששמע ישוע את הדבר אמר: "מחלה זאת לא תיגמר במוות, כי אם להביא כבוד לאלוהים. כי בן האלוהים יפואר באמצעות המחלה הזאת."

この知らせを聞いたイエスは言われました。「この病気は、ラザロの死で終わるものではありません。神の栄光が現されるためです。それによって神の子が、栄光を受けるのです。」

Keď sa to Ježiš dozvedel, povedal: Nebojte sa, jeho choroba sa neskončí smrťou, prejaví sa tu Božia moc a Syn Boží bude ňou oslávený."

Men när Jesus hörde det sa han: ”Hans sjukdom ska inte sluta med döden utan visar Guds härlighet, så att Guds Son blir förhärligad genom detta.”

耶穌聽見後，說：「這病不會致命，而是為了上帝的榮耀，使祂的兒子藉此得到榮耀。」
