Joel 2:20

“But I will remove the northern army far away from you,And I will drive it into a parched and desolate land,With its forward guard into the eastern sea (Dead Sea)And with its rear guard into the western sea (Mediterranean Sea).And its stench will arise and its foul odor of decay will come up [this is the fate of the northern army in the final day of the Lord],For [a]He has done great things.”

But I will remove far off from you the northern army, and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things.

“I will drive far away from you the army that comes from the north.I will send some of its forces into a dry and empty land.Its eastern troops will drown in the Dead Sea. Its western troops will drown in the Mediterranean Sea. Their dead bodies will stink.” The Lord has done great things.

“I will drive the northern horde far from you, pushing it into a parched and barren land;its eastern ranks will drown in the Dead Sea and its western ranks in the Mediterranean Sea.And its stench will go up; its smell will rise.”Surely he has done great things!

سَأَطْرُدُ عَنْكُمُ الشِّمَالِيَّ، وَأَطُوِّحُ بِهِ إِلَى أَرْضٍ مُقْفِرَةٍ مُوْحِشَةٍ فَتَكُونُ طَلِيعَتُهُ فِي الْبَحْرِ الْمَيْتِ وَمُؤَخِّرَتُهُ فِي الْبَحْرِ الأَبْيَضِ، فَتَمْلأُ رَائِحَةُ نَتَنِهِ وَعُفُونَتِهِ الْفَضَاءَ، لأَنَّهُ قَدِ ارْتَكَبَ الْكَبَائِرَ.

et l’ennemi du nord[e], |je l’éloigne de vous,oui, je le chasse |en une terre aride, |un pays désolé,en expédiant son avant-garde |vers la mer Morteet son arrière-garde |vers la mer Méditerranée.Là, il exhalera |sa puanteur,son infection se répandra,car il a fait de grandes choses[f]. »

Pahalinon ko ang mga manugsalakay sa inyo nga halin sa aminhan, kag tabugon ko sila sa desierto. Ang nauna nila nga panong tabugon ko sa Patay nga Dagat[f] kag ang ulihi nila nga panong tabugon ko sa Dagat sang Mediteraneo.[g] Magabalaho ang ila mga bangkay.”Makatilingala gid ang mga ginhimo sang Ginoo.

北からのこの軍隊を立ち退かせ、遠くへ追いやる。からからに乾いた荒れ地に退かせ、彼らはそこで死ぬ。半分は死海に追いやられ、残りは地中海に押しやられる。それからその死体の悪臭がこの地に満ちる。主はあなたがたのために、すばらしい奇跡を行われたのだ。」

내가 북쪽 군대를 너희에게서 멀리 추방하여 메마르고 황폐한 땅으로 몰아내겠다. 그 전군은 [c]사해로 들어가고 그 후군은 [d]지중해로 들어갈 것이다. 그래서 악취가 나고 상한 냄새가 올라올 것이다. 이것은 내가 너희를 위해 큰 기적을 행하였기 때문이다.”

Я удалю от вас северное войско2:20 Это может быть ассирийская (Соф. 2:13) или вавилонская (Иер. 25:9) армия, или же армия Гога и Магога (Иез. 38:2, 14-15; Отк. 20:7).и изгоню это войсков землю бесплодную и иссушенную зноем.Его передние ряды Я сброшу в восточное море,а задние – в западное море2:20 То есть в Мертвое море и в Средиземное море..И пойдет от них зловоние,и поднимется от них смрад,потому что они сделали много зла.

我要赶出从北方来的军队，把他们驱逐到一个干旱荒芜的地方，把他们的领头部队赶进死海，再把他们的殿后部队赶进地中海，那时他们必臭气冲天、腥味腾空，因为耶和华为你们行了大事。”

却 要 使 北 方 来 的 军 队 远 离 你 们 ， 将 他 们 赶 到 乾 旱 荒 废 之 地 ： 前 队 赶 入 东 海 ， 後 队 赶 入 西 海 ； 因 为 他 们 所 行 的 大 恶 （ 原 文 作 事 ） ， 臭 气 上 升 ， 腥 味 腾 空 。
