Joel 1:14

Consecrate a fast,Proclaim a solemn assembly,Gather the eldersAnd all the inhabitants of the landTo the house of the Lord your God,And cry out to the Lord [in penitent pleadings].

خَصِّصُوا صَوْماً. نَادُوا بِالاعْتِكَافِ. ادْعُوا الشُّيُوخَ وَجَمِيعَ سُكَّانِ الأَرْضِ لِلاجْتِمَاعِ فِي هَيْكَلِ الرَّبِّ إِلَهِكُمْ وَتَضَرَّعُوا إِلَيْهِ.

Udråb en faste! Kald lederne og hele folket sammen til bøn i Herren vores Guds hus og græd for hans ansigt.

Ruft die Menschen zum Fasten auf! Sie sollen sich alle zum Gottesdienst versammeln! Die führenden Männer und das ganze Volk sollen zum Tempel des Herrn, eures Gottes, kommen und laut zu ihm um Hilfe schreien!
