Job 4:6

“Is not your fear of God your confidence,And [is not] the integrity and uprightness of your ways your hope?

Is not this thy fear, thy confidence, thy hope, and the uprightness of thy ways?

Shouldn’t you worship God and trust in him? Shouldn’t your honest life give you hope?

Should not your piety be your confidence and your blameless ways your hope?

Doesn’t your reverence for God give you confidence? Doesn’t your life of integrity give you hope?

أَلَيْسَتْ تَقْوَاكَ هِيَ مُعْتَمَدُكَ، وَكَمَالُ طُرُقِكَ هُوَ رَجَاؤُكَ؟

Din ærefrygt for Gud burde give dig tillid. De, der gør det rette, bør ikke leve i håbløshed.

Dabei hast du allen Grund zur Hoffnung!Dein Leben war stets tadellos,und Gott hast du von Herzen geehrt.Sei zuversichtlich!

La crainte que tu as de Dieu n’est-elle pas |la source de ton assurance ?Et ton intégrité |n’est-elle pas ton espérance ?

Indi bala nga kon nagatahod ka sa Dios kag matarong ang imo kabuhi, may pagsalig ka kag paglaom?

そんなときこそ、神を信頼するべきではないのか。神は正しい人に目をかけてくださることが、信じられないというのか。7-8 考えてもみなさい。心底から正しくて罪のない人が罰せられるなどという話を、一度でも聞いたことがあるか。罪と争いの種をまく者が悩みを刈り取ることは、経験の教えるところだ。

네가 자신 만만해 하는 것은 너의 경건이 아니냐? 너에게 희망이 있다면 너의 흠 없는 생활이 아니냐?

Moet jij in een tijd als deze niet juist steun zoeken bij God en op Hem vertrouwen? Heb je dan niets aan het geloof dat God de oprechte mens helpt?7,8 Denk eens goed na! Heb je ooit gehoord van een werkelijk oprecht en onschuldig mens die werd gestraft? De ervaring leert dat zij die zonde en moeilijkheden zaaien, die ook oogsten.

Sua vida piedosa não lhe inspira confiança?E o seu procedimento irrepreensível não lhe dá esperança?

Será que não está a tua confiança alicerçada no temor a Deuse a tua esperança no teu comportamento irrepreensível?

Nu este oare frica de Dumnezeu încrederea ta, iar curăţia căilor tale nu este ea nădejdea ta?
