Job 2:6

So the Lord said to Satan, “Behold, he is in your hand, only spare his life.”

And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life.

God said, “All right. Go ahead—you can do what you like with him. But mind you, don’t kill him.” 7-8 Satan left God and struck Job with terrible sores. Job was ulcers and scabs from head to foot. They itched and oozed so badly that he took a piece of broken pottery to scrape himself, then went and sat on a trash heap, among the ashes.

So the Lord said to Satan, “Behold, he is in your [d]power, only spare his life.”

The Lord said to Satan, “All right. I am handing him over to you. But you must spare his life.”

The Lord said to Satan, “Very well, then, he is in your hands; but you must spare his life.”

The Lord said to Satan, ‘Very well, then, he is in your hands; but you must spare his life.’

“All right, do with him as you please,” the Lord said to Satan. “But spare his life.”

فَقَالَ الرَّبُّ لِلشَّيْطَانِ: «هَا أَنَا أُسَلِّمُهُ إِلَيْكَ، وَلَكِنِ احْفَظْ نَفْسَهُ».

„Gør, hvad du vil, Satan,” svarede Herren. „Men du må ikke tage livet af ham.”

Der Herr entgegnete: »Ich erlaube es dir! Greif seine Gesundheit an, doch lass ihn am Leben!«

Alors l’Eternel dit à l’Accusateur : Il est en ton pouvoir, mais épargne sa vie.

Nagsiling ang Ginoo kay Satanas, “Sige, himua ang gusto mo nga himuon sa iya, pero indi lang siya pagpatya.”

「気のすむようにするがいい。ただし、ヨブのいのちだけは取ってはならない。」

“좋다. 네가 그를 네 마음대로 하여라. 그러나 그의 생명만은 해하지 말아라.”

‘Doe met hem wat u wilt,’ antwoordde de Here, ‘maar laat hem in leven.’

O Senhor disse a Satanás: “Pois bem, ele está nas suas mãos; apenas poupe a vida dele”.

“Podes fazer-lhe o que pretendes; terás unicamente de lhe poupar a vida.”

Domnul i-a răspuns lui Satan:– Iată, ţi-l dau pe mână, numai cruţă-i viaţa!

”Gör vad du vill med honom”, svarade Herren. ”Men du måste skona hans liv.”

องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าตรัสว่า “ถ้าอย่างนั้นก็เอาเถิด เจ้าจะทำอะไรเขาก็ได้ แต่ต้องไว้ชีวิตเขา”

耶和华说：“好吧，他在你手中，但要留他一命。”

耶 和 华 对 撒 但 说 ： 他 在 你 手 中 ， 只 要 存 留 他 的 性 命 。

耶和華說：「好吧，他在你手中，但要留他一命。」
