Job 13:20

“Only [O Lord,] do not do two things to me,And then I will not hide myself from Your face:

Only do not two things unto me: then will I not hide myself from thee.

“Only two things do not do to me,Then I will not hide from Your face:

“God, I won’t hide from you. Here are the only two things I want.

“Only grant me these two things, God, and then I will not hide from you:

“O God, grant me these two things, and then I will be able to face you.

أَمْرَيْنِ أَطْلُبُ إِلَيْكَ أَنْ لَا تَفْعَلَهُمَا بِي، حَتَّى لَا أَخْتَفِيَ مِنْ حَضْرَتِكَ:

Jeg beder dig om at gøre to ting for mig, Gud, derefter vil jeg ikke mere løbe fra dig.

Aber zuerst habe ich noch zwei Bitten an dich, o Gott;erfülle sie mir, damit ich dir überhaupt begegnen kann:

»Concédeme, oh Dios, solo dos cosas, y no tendré que esconderme de ti:

Mais cesse donc, de grâce, |de faire ces deux choseset je ne me cacherai plus |de devant toi :

“O Dios, ihatag ining duha ka butang sa akon kag indi na ako magpanago sa imo:

ああ神よ、お願いです。二つのことだけはしないでください。そうすれば、私は神と顔を合わせることができます。

“하나님이시여, 나에게 두 가지 부탁만 들어주소서. 그러면 내가 주를 피하여 숨지 않겠습니다.

O God, ik smeek U om twee dingen, alleen dan zal ik in staat zijn U onder ogen te komen.

“Concede-me só estas duas coisas, ó Deus,e não me esconderei de ti:

Ó Deus, há duas coisas que peço que não me faças;só então poderei ficar na tua presença.

Dumnezeule, dă-mi doar două lucruri şi nu mă voi ascunde de faţa Ta:

Лишь о двух вещах молю я, о Всевышний, и я не стану больше прятаться от Тебя:
