Job 12:15

“Behold, He restrains the waters, and they dry up;Again, He sends the waters out, and they overwhelm and devastate the earth.

Behold, he withholdeth the waters, and they dry up: also he sendeth them out, and they overturn the earth.

If he holds back the water, everything dries up. If he lets the water loose, it floods the land.

If he holds back the waters, there is drought; if he lets them loose, they devastate the land.

إِنْ حَبَسَ الْمِيَاهَ تَجِفُّ الأَرْضُ، وَإِنْ أَطْلَقَهَا تُغْرِقُهَا.

Holder han regnen tilbage, bliver jorden til ørken. Slipper han uvejret løs, bliver der oversvømmelse.

Hält er den Regen zurück,dann wird das Land von Dürre geplagt;lässt er die Wasserfluten los,dann wühlen sie es um.

Kon punggan niya ang ulan, nagamala ang duta, kag kon pabay-an niya ang ulan, nagabaha kag nagakahalitan ang duta.

神が雨を引き止めると地は砂漠となり、嵐を送ると、水浸しになる。

하나님이 비를 내리지 않으시면 땅이 곧 메마르고 폭우를 보내시면 땅이 물난리를 겪는다.

Als Hij de regen tegenhoudt, wordt de aarde een woestijn. Laat Hij de regenstromen los, dan raakt alles overspoeld!

Se ele retém as águas, predomina a seca;se as solta, devastam a terra.

Se retém as chuvas, a terra torna-se num deserto;envia tempestades e as cheias cobrem as terras.

Han håller vattnen tillbaka och det blir torka, släpper han dem lösa ödelägger de landet.
