Jeremiah 8:6

“I have listened and heard,But they have spoken what is not right;No man repented of his wickedness,Saying, ‘What have I done?’Everyone turns to his [individual] course,As the horse rushes like a torrent into battle.

I hearkened and heard, but they spake not aright: no man repented him of his wickedness, saying, What have I done? every one turned to his course, as the horse rusheth into the battle.

“I have listened and heard,They have spoken what is not right;No man repented of his wickedness,Saying, ‘What have I done?’Everyone turned to his course,Like a horse charging into the battle.

I have listened carefully. But they do not say what is right.They refuse to turn away from their sins. None of them says, ‘What have I done?’Each of them goes their own way. They are like horses charging into battle.

I have listened attentively, but they do not say what is right.None of them repent of their wickedness, saying, “What have I done?”Each pursues their own course like a horse charging into battle.

I listen to their conversations and don’t hear a word of truth.Is anyone sorry for doing wrong? Does anyone say, “What a terrible thing I have done”?No! All are running down the path of sin as swiftly as a horse galloping into battle!

قَدْ أَصْغَيْتُ وَسَمِعْتُ، وَإذَا بِهِمْ يَنْطِقُونَ بِمَا يُنَافِي الْحَقَّ، وَمَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ يَتُوبُ عَنْ شَرِّهِ قَائِلاً: مَا هَذَا الَّذِي أَرْتَكِبُ؟ بَلْ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مَضَى فِي طَرِيقِهِ كَفَرَسٍ مُنْدَفِعٍ لِخَوْضِ مَعْرَكَةٍ.

Jeg lytter opmærksomt til deres samtaler, men ingen siger et sandt ord. Ingen angrer deres synd eller indrømmer deres fejltagelser. Nej, de styrter sig hovedkulds ud i synden som stridsheste, der stormer frem til kamp.

Ich habe genau gehört, was sie reden: Die Wahrheit ist es nicht! Keiner bereut seine schlechten Taten und sagt: ›Was habe ich getan!‹ Alle rennen auf ihrem falschen Weg weiter wie Schlachtrosse, die in den Kampf stürmen.

J’ai, attentivement, |écouté ce qu’ils disent :je n’ai pas entendu |une parole dans ce sens !Il n’y a parmi eux |personne qui renonce |au mal qu’il a commis,en disant : « Qu’ai-je fait ! »Tous poursuivent leur coursecomme un cheval qui fonce |dans la bataille !

Ginpamatian ko sing maayo ang inyo mga ginhambal kag wala kamo naghambal sing husto. Wala sing bisan isa sa inyo nga naghinulsol sa iya kalautan. Wala sing may nagsiling, ‘Ano ining akon ginhimo?’ Sa baylo, ang kada isa sa inyo madasig nga nagapakasala, pareho sang kabayo nga nagapakadto sa inaway.

わたしは彼らの会話をじっと聞いていたが、いったいどんなことが耳に入ったと思うか。自分の罪を悔いる者は一人もいない。『なんと恐ろしいことをしたのだろう』と言う者は、一人もいない。みな、戦場に突進して行く馬のように、全速力で罪の道を走って行く。

내가 귀를 기울이고 들어 보니 너희는 옳은 것을 말하지 않으며 아무도 자기 악을 뉘우치는 자가 없고 ‘내가 잘못한 것이 무엇인가?’ 하고 묻는 자도 없으며 모두 전쟁터로 달려가는 말처럼 제각기 자기 길로만 행하고 있다.

Ik luister naar haar gesprekken en wat hoor Ik? Zou er iemand zijn die berouw heeft van zijn zonde? Zegt iemand: “Wat voor vreselijks heb ik gedaan?” Nee hoor, ze rennen allemaal hals over kop langs het pad van de zonde, zo snel als paarden die naar het slagveld galopperen!

Eu ouvi com atenção, mas eles não dizem o que é certo.Ninguém se arrepende de sua maldade e diz: ‘O que foi que eu fiz?’Cada um se desvia e segue seu próprio curso,como um cavalo que se lança com ímpeto na batalha.

Ouço a sua conversa e que é que ouço? Ouvirei eu alguém triste por ter pecado? Haverá alguém a dizer: ‘Que coisa terrível que eu fiz!’? Não! Todos eles descem como loucos pelo caminho do pecado, tão velozes como cavalos correndo para a batalha!

Am ascultat cu atenţie, dar ei nu rostesc ceea ce este drept.Nici unuia nu-i pare rău de răul lui şi nu se întreabă: ‘Ce am făcut?’.Toţi îşi încep din nou alergarea, ca un cal care se aruncă în luptă.

Jag har lyssnat och hört att de inte talar det som är rätt. Ingen ångrar sin ondska och säger: ”Vad har jag gjort?” Var och en går sin egen väg och rusar fram som stridshästar.

เราตั้งใจฟังแต่พวกเขาไม่ได้พูดสิ่งที่ถูกต้องไม่มีใครกลับตัวกลับใจจากความชั่วร้ายของตนและกล่าวว่า “ข้าได้ทำอะไรลงไป?”แต่ละคนไปตามทางของตนเองเหมือนม้าทะยานออกศึก

我仔细听，没有人说实话，没有人为自己的恶行后悔，说，‘我做了可怕的事！’人人一意孤行，像战马直奔战场。

我 留 心 听 ， 听 见 他 们 说 不 正 直 的 话 。 无 人 悔 改 恶 行 ， 说 ： 我 做 的 是 甚 麽 呢 ？ 他 们 各 人 转 奔 己 路 ， 如 马 直 闯 战 场 。

我仔細聽，沒有人說實話，沒有人為自己的惡行後悔，說，『我做了可怕的事！』人人一意孤行，像戰馬直奔戰場。
