Jeremiah 8:15

We waited for peace and salvation, but no good came,And for a time of healing, but behold, terror!

We looked for peace, but no good came; and for a time of health, and behold trouble!

طَلَبْنَا السَّلامَ فَلَمْ يُسْفِرْ عَنْ خَيْرٍ. نَشَدْنَا وَقْتاً لِلْمُدَاوَاةِ فَابْتُلِينَا بِالأَهْوَالِ.

Vi havde håbet på fred og bedre tider, men nu er ulykken over os.

Wir hofften, alles werde wieder gut – doch vergeblich! Wir dachten, die Wunden unseres Volkes würden heilen – aber wir erleben nichts als Schrecken!

Nous espérions la paix,mais rien de bon n’arrive,un temps de guérison,en fait c’est l’épouvante.

平和を期待したが、平和はこなかった。健康の回復を待ち望んだが、あるのは恐怖だけだ。』

우리가 평안을 기대하나 평안이 없으며 우리가 고침받을 때를 기대하나 두려움뿐이구나!

Wij verwachtten vrede, maar er kwam geen vrede. We hoopten op genezing, maar er was alleen diepe ellende.’

Esperávamos a paz, mas não veio bem algum;esperávamos um tempo de cura, mas há somente terror.

Esperávamos a paz e não foi paz que tivemos! Contávamos com o bem-estar e chega-nos o terror!”

Aşteptam pacea, dar n-a venit nimic bun;aşteptam un timp de vindecare, dar iată că vine numai teroare.

Ждём мы мира, а ничего доброго нет;ждём времени исцеления, а вместо этого – ужасы.

Vi väntade på fred, men inget gott har kommit, vi väntade på helande, men allt blev bara skräck.

เรามุ่งหวังสันติสุขแต่มันก็ไม่เกิดอะไรขึ้นเรามุ่งหวังเวลาแห่งการเยียวยารักษาก็มีแต่เพียงความสยดสยอง

我们期待平安，却没有平安；渴望得到医治，却饱受惊吓。

我 们 指 望 平 安 ， 却 得 不 着 好 处 ； 指 望 痊 愈 的 时 候 ， 不 料 ， 受 了 惊 惶 。

我們期待平安，卻沒有平安；渴望得到醫治，卻飽受驚嚇。
