Jeremiah 6:21

Therefore, thus says the Lord,“Behold, I am laying stumbling blocks before this people.The fathers and the sons togetherWill stumble against them;The neighbor and his friend will perish.” The Enemy from the North

Therefore thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will lay stumblingblocks before this people, and the fathers and the sons together shall fall upon them; the neighbour and his friend shall perish.

So listen to this. Here’s God’s verdict on your way of life: “Watch out! I’m putting roadblocks and barriers on the road you’re taking.They’ll send you sprawling, parents and children, neighbors and friends— and that will be the end of the lot of you.” 22-23 And listen to this verdict from God: “Look out! An invasion from the north, a mighty power on the move from a faraway place:Armed to the teeth, vicious and pitiless,Booming like sea storm and thunder—tramp, tramp, tramp— riding hard on war horses,In battle formation against you, dear Daughter Zion!” 24-25 We’ve heard the news, and we’re as limp as wet dishrags.We’re paralyzed with fear. Terror has a death grip on our throats.Don’t dare go outdoors! Don’t leave the house!Death is on the prowl. Danger everywhere!

Therefore, thus says the Lord,“Behold, I am [q]laying stumbling blocks before this people.And they will stumble against them,Fathers and sons together;Neighbor and [r]friend will perish.” The Enemy from the North

So the Lord says,“I will bring an army against the people of Judah. Parents and children alike will trip and fall. Neighbors and friends will die.”

Therefore this is what the Lord says:“I will put obstacles before this people. Parents and children alike will stumble over them; neighbors and friends will perish.”

لِذَلِكَ يُعْلِنُ الرَّبُّ: «هَا أَنَا أُقِيمُ لِهَذَا الشَّعْبِ مَعَاثِرَ يَتَعَثَّرُ بِها الآبَاءُ وَالأَبْنَاءُ مَعاً، وَيَهْلِكُ بِها الْجَارُ وَصَدِيقُهُ».

Jeg sender en mægtig hær imod mit folk, så både fædre og sønner falder, naboer og venner går i døden sammen.

Seht, ich lege diesem Volk Hindernisse in den Weg, über die es stürzen wird. Väter und Söhne, Nachbarn und Freunde, sie alle kommen um! Darauf gebe ich, der Herr, mein Wort.« Ein starker Feind aus dem Norden

Aussi, l’Eternel le déclare,je vais dresser |sur le chemin du peuple |une série d’obstacles,et ils feront tomber |les pères et les fils ensemble ;voisins et compagnons |y périront. Mauvaise nouvelle

Gani ako, ang Ginoo, nagasiling nga magabutang ako sang makapalaglag sa sini nga mga tawo. Tungod sini, malaglag ang mga amay kag mga bata nga lalaki, pati mga mag-abyan kag magkaingod.”

わたしは彼らの道につまずきの石を置く。父や子はつまずき、隣人や友人も共に倒れる。

그러므로 나 여호와가 말한다. 보라, 내가 이 백성들 앞에 장애물을 놓겠다. 아버지와 아들이 함께 넘어질 것이며 그 이웃과 친구들이 함께 망할 것이다.”

Ik zal daarom hindernissen op de weg van mijn volk leggen. Vaders en zonen zullen erover struikelen, buren en vrienden zullen gezamenlijk ten val komen.’

Assim diz o Senhor:“Estou colocando obstáculos diante deste povo.Pais e filhos tropeçarão neles; vizinhos e amigos perecerão”.

Farei, por isso, do caminho do meu povo uma espécie de pista de obstáculos, uma estrada minada onde serão apanhados e ficarão, tanto os pais como os filhos; vizinhos e amigos todos ali perecerão!”

„De aceea, aşa vorbeşte Domnul:«Voi pune înaintea acestui popor pietre de poticnire în care se vor împiedica atât părinţii, cât şi copiii, atât vecinul, cât şi prietenul său, şi vor pieri.»“

Herren säger därför: ”Se, jag ska lägga stötestenar framför detta folk, och på dem ska de snava, fäder och söner tillsammans, grannar och vänner, och de ska förgås.”

ด้วยเหตุนี้องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าจึงตรัสว่า“เราจะตั้งเครื่องกีดขวางไว้ต่อหน้าชนชาตินี้ซึ่งจะทำให้ทั้งผู้เป็นบิดาและผู้เป็นบุตรสะดุดล้มเพื่อนบ้านและมิตรสหายจะพินาศ”

因此，耶和华说：“我要把绊脚石放在他们前面，使父子一同绊倒，邻居和朋友一同灭亡。”

所 以 耶 和 华 如 此 说 ： 我 要 将 绊 脚 石 放 在 这 百 姓 前 面 。 父 亲 和 儿 子 要 一 同 跌 在 其 上 ； 邻 舍 与 朋 友 也 都 灭 亡 。

因此，耶和華說：「我要把絆腳石放在他們前面，使父子一同絆倒，鄰居和朋友一同滅亡。」
