Jeremiah 51:32

And that the fords [across the Euphrates] have been blocked and [the ferries] seized,And they have set the [great] marshes on fire,And the men of war are terrified.

And that the passages are stopped, and the reeds they have burned with fire, and the men of war are affrighted.

The places where people go across the Euphrates River have been captured. The swamps have been set on fire. And the soldiers are terrified.”

قَدْ سَقَطَتِ الْمَعَابِرُ وَأُحْرِقَتْ أَجَمَاتُ الْقَصَبِ بِالنَّارِ وَاعْتَرَى الذُّعْرُ الْمُحَارِبِينَ،

Alle flodovergange er spærrede, marsken står i lys lue, og alle krigerne er panikslagne.”

Die Feinde haben die Übergänge am Euphrat besetzt und die Festungen niedergebrannt. Unsere Soldaten sind in Panik geraten!‹
