Jeremiah 50:17

Israel is a hunted and scattered flock [driven here and there as prey]; the lions have chased them away. First the king of Assyria devoured him, and now at last Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon has broken (gnawed) his bones.

Israel is a scattered sheep; the lions have driven him away: first the king of Assyria hath devoured him; and last this Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon hath broken his bones.

“Israel is a scattered flock, hunted down by lions.The king of Assyria started the carnage. The king of Babylon, Nebuchadnezzar,Has completed the job, gnawing the bones clean.” 18-20 And now this is what God-of-the-Angel-Armies, the God of Israel, has to say:“Just watch! I’m bringing doom on the king of Babylon and his land, the same doom I brought on the king of Assyria.But Israel I’ll bring home to good pastures. He’ll graze on the hills of Carmel and Bashan,On the slopes of Ephraim and Gilead. He will eat to his heart’s content.In those days and at that time”—God’s Decree— “they’ll look high and low for a sign of Israel’s guilt—nothing;Search nook and cranny for a trace of Judah’s sin—nothing. These people that I’ve saved will start out with a clean slate.

“Israel is a scattered [q]flock, the lions have driven them away. The first one who devoured him was the king of Assyria, and this last one who has broken his bones is Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon.

“Israel is like a scattered flock that lions have chased away.The first lion that ate them up was the king of Assyria.The last one that broke their bones was Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon.”

إِسْرَائِيلُ قَطِيعُ غَنَمٍ مُتَشَتِّتٌ، طَرَدَتْهُ الأُسُودُ. كَانَ مَلِكُ أَشُّورَ أَوَّلَ مَنِ افْتَرَسَهُ، وَنَبُوخَذْنَصَّرُ آخِرَ مَنْ هَشَّمَ عِظَامَهُ.

Israels folk er som får, der jages af løver. Først angreb assyrerkongen dem og åd sin del, og senere gnavede kong Nebukadnezar kødet af deres knogler.

Israel ist wie eine Herde, die von Löwen auseinandergetrieben wurde. Zuerst ist der König von Assyrien über sie hergefallen, und dann hat König Nebukadnezar von Babylonien ihre Knochen abgenagt.

Israël est semblable |à une brebis isoléepourchassée par des lions :le premier l’a mangée, |– c’est le roi d’Assyrie –et le suivant |lui a broyé les os :Nabuchodonosor, |le roi de Babylone[f].

“Ang mga Israelinhon pareho sang naglalapta nga mga karnero nga ginlagas sang mga leon. Una, gintukob sila sang hari sang Asiria, kag dayon ginkitkit ni Haring Nebucadnezar sang Babilonia ang ila mga tul-an.

イスラエル人はライオンに追われる羊のようだ。初めはアッシリヤの王がその肉を食い、次にはバビロンのネブカデネザル王が、骨まで食いつくした。」

“이스라엘은 흩어진 양떼와 같아서 사자들이 그를 뒤쫓고 있다. 처음에는 앗시리아 왕이 그를 삼키고 그 다음에는 바빌로니아의 느부갓네살왕이 그의 뼈를 꺾었다.

Israël lijkt op een schaap dat door de leeuwen wordt opgejaagd. Eerst at de koning van Assyrië hem op, toen verbrijzelde koning Nebukadnezar van Babel zijn beenderen.’

Os israelitas foram como cordeiros perseguidos por leões. Primeiro, foi o rei da Assíria a comê-los; depois foi Nabucodonozor, o rei da Babilónia, que se lançou sobre os seus ossos.”

„Israel este o oaie rătăcită pe care au vânat-o leii.Primul care a mâncat-o a fost împăratul Asiriei,iar ultimul care i-a sfărâmat oasele a fost Nebucadneţar, împăratul Babilonului.“

“อิสราเอลเป็นฝูงแกะที่กระจัดกระจายซึ่งสิงโตได้ไล่หนีกระเจิงรายแรกที่ขย้ำเขาคือกษัตริย์อัสซีเรียล่าสุดผู้ที่บดขยี้กระดูกของเขาคือกษัตริย์เนบูคัดเนสซาร์แห่งบาบิโลน”

“以色列人是一群被狮子驱散的羊，先被亚述王吞噬，后被巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒咬碎骨头。”
