Jeremiah 5:3

O Lord, do not Your eyes look for truth?You [have seen their faithless heart and] have stricken them,But they did not weaken;You have consumed them,But they refused to take correction or instruction.They have made their faces harder than rock;They have refused to repent and return to You.

O Lord, are not thine eyes upon the truth? thou hast stricken them, but they have not grieved; thou hast consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return.

أَيُّهَا الرَّبُّ، أَلَيْسَتْ عَيْنَاكَ تَطْلُبَانِ الْحَقَّ؟ لَقَدْ عَاقَبْتَهُمْ وَلَكِنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَتَوَجَّعُوا. أَهْلَكْتَهُمْ وَلَكِنَّهُمْ أَبَوْا التَّقْوِيمَ. صَلَّبُوا وُجُوهَهُمْ أَكْثَرَ مِنَ الصَّخْرِ، وَرَفَضُوا التَّوْبَةَ.

„Åh, Herre,” udbrød jeg. „Jeg ved, at du søger efter mennesker, der taler sandhed. Du forsøgte at få dem til at være ærlige ved at straffe dem hårdt, men intet hjalp. Du truede dem med udslettelse, og alligevel nægtede de at omvende sig fra deres synd. De er stivnakkede og ubøjelige. De nægter at lægge kursen om.”

Doch du, Herr, suchst nach aufrichtigen Menschen. Du hast dieses Volk geschlagen, aber sie haben sich nicht davon beeindrucken lassen; du hast sie fast ausgelöscht, und doch blieben sie hart wie Stein. Sie weigern sich beharrlich, zu dir umzukehren.

Señor, ¿acaso no buscan tus ojos la verdad? Golpeaste a esa gente, y no les dolió, acabaste con ellos, y no quisieron ser corregidos.Endurecieron su rostro más que una roca, y no quisieron arrepentirse.

O Eternel, tes yeux |ne peuvent s’attacher |qu’à la fidélité !Tu as frappé ces hommes,mais ils n’ont pas été touchés ;tu les as écrasés,mais ils ont refusé |d’accepter la leçon.Ils ont rendu leur face |plus dure que le roc,et ils ont refuséde changer de comportement.

Dayon nagsiling ako, “O Ginoo, indi bala nga nagapangita ka sang tawo nga masaligan? Ginsakit mo ang imo katawhan pero wala sila masakitan. Ginsilutan mo sila, pero indi sila gusto disiplinahon. Nagkabalan na ang ila mga guya, kag indi na sila maghinulsol.

主よ。あなたは真実以外のものを受け入れません。神は罰を加えて、正直になることを期待したのに、彼らは少しも変わりませんでした。彼らを打ったのに、彼らは罪から離れようともしませんでした。彼らは、顔を岩のように堅くし、どんなことがあっても悔い改めないと決心しています。

여호와여, 주의 눈은 진리를 찾지 않으십니까? 주께서 그들을 치셨으나 그들은 아픔을 느끼지 않았으며 주께서 그들을 거의 전멸시키다시피 하셨으나 그들은 주의 징계를 받아들이지 않고 여전히 고집을 피우며 돌아오지 않았습니다.

Och Here, U wilt niets anders dan de waarheid. U hebt hen geslagen, maar zij hebben geen pijn gevoeld. U hebt hen vernietigd, maar zij weigeren zich te bekeren van hun zonden. Zij zijn vastbesloten met keiharde gezichten geen berouw te tonen.

Senhor, não é fidelidade que os teus olhos procuram?Tu os feriste, mas eles nada sentiram;tu os deixaste esgotados, mas eles recusaram a correção.Endureceram o rosto mais que a rocha,e recusaram arrepender-se.

Ó Senhor, tu só atentas para a verdade das coisas! Tentaste levá-los a serem honestos, castigando-os, mas eles recusaram mudar! Destruíste-os, mas simplesmente não quiseram abandonar os seus pecados. Estão perfeitamente determinados a não se arrependerem, os seus rostos são duros como pedras.

„Doamne, nu caută ochii Tăi adevărul? Tu îi loveşti, dar ei nu simt durere. Tu îi zdrobeşti, dar ei refuză să se lase disciplinaţi.Îşi fac obrazul[a] mai tare ca piatra şi refuză să se pocăiască.

О Вечный, разве не истины жаждут Твои глаза? Ты поражаешь Свой народ, а они не чувствуют боли; Ты сокрушаешь их, а они отвергают урок.Стали они черствее камня и отказываются вернуться.

Herre, är det inte sanning dina ögon söker? Du slog dem, men de kände ingen smärta, du krossade dem, men de vägrade ta varning. De har gjort sina ansikten hårda som sten och vägrat vända om.

ข้าแต่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า พระเนตรของพระองค์มองหาความจริงไม่ใช่หรือ?พระองค์ทรงเฆี่ยนพวกเขา แต่พวกเขาก็ไม่รู้จักเจ็บทรงขยี้พวกเขา แต่พวกเขาก็ไม่ยอมปรับปรุงแก้ไขพวกเขาทำหน้าด้านหน้าทนยิ่งกว่าหินและไม่ยอมกลับตัวกลับใจ

耶和华啊，你要的不是诚实吗？你责打他们，他们不感到疼痛；你严惩他们，他们仍不受教。他们屡教不改，脸比石头还硬。

耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 的 眼 目 不 是 看 顾 诚 实 麽 ？ 你 击 打 他 们 ， 他 们 却 不 伤 恸 ； 你 毁 灭 他 们 ， 他 们 仍 不 受 惩 治 。 他 们 使 脸 刚 硬 过 於 磐 石 ， 不 肯 回 头 。

耶和華啊，你要的不是誠實嗎？你責打他們，他們不感到疼痛；你嚴懲他們，他們仍不受教。他們屢教不改，臉比石頭還硬。
