Jeremiah 5:28

‘They are fat and they are sleek (prosperous),They [b]excel in acts of wickedness;They do not plead the cause,The cause of the orphan, so that they [the wicked] may prosper,And they do not defend the rights of the poor.

They are waxen fat, they shine: yea, they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge not the cause, the cause of the fatherless, yet they prosper; and the right of the needy do they not judge.

They have grown fat and heavy. There is no limit to the evil things they do.In court they do not seek justice. They don’t protect the rights of children whose fathers have died. They do not stand up for poor people.

ازْدَادُوا سِمَنةً وَنُعُومَةً، وَارْتَكَبُوا الشَّرَّ مُتَجَاوِزِينَ كُلَّ حَدٍّ. لَمْ يَحْكُمُوا بِعَدْلٍ فِي دَعْوَى الْيَتِيمِ حَتَّى تَنْجَحَ، وَلَمْ يُدَافِعُوا عَنْ حُقُوقِ الْمَسَاكِينِ.

De er fede, forfinede og fulde af ondskab. De nægter at hjælpe de forældreløse og de svage til at få deres ret.

fett und feist. Ihre Bosheit kennt keine Grenzen. Sie verhelfen keinem Waisenkind zu seinem Recht, den Armen verweigern sie jede Gerechtigkeit.

Ils sont bien gros et gras,ils battent le record du mal,ils ne rendent pas la justice, |ils ne font pas justice à l’orphelin,et ils prospèrent[g] :non, ils ne rendent pas justice aux pauvres.

Nagtalambok sila kag nagbalakod ang ila mga lawas. Wala sing pugong-pugong ang ila paghimo sang mga kalautan. Wala nila ginahatagan sang hustisya ang mga ilo, kag wala nila ginapangapinan ang kinamatarong sang mga imol.

ごちそうをたらふく食べ、周りの人にもてはやされている。彼らの悪事は際限がなく、みなしごを正しく扱わず、貧しい者の権利をないがしろにしている。

잘먹고 기름이 번질번질하다. 또 그들의 악한 행동에는 끝이 없어서 고아들의 소송 문제를 공정하게 처리해 주지 않으며 가난한 자들의 권리를 옹호하지 않는다.

zien er keurig uit en zijn weldoorvoed. Hun slechtheid kent geen grenzen. Zij zijn onrechtvaardig tegenover de wezen en negeren de rechten van de armen.

estão gordos e bem alimentados.Não há limites para as suas obras más.Não se empenham pela causa do órfão,nem defendem os direitos do pobre.

Estão bem nutridos, bem tratados, e parece nem haver limites para os seus atos malvados. Recusam fazer justiça aos órfãos, respeitar os direitos dos pobres.

s-au îngrăşat şi lucesc de grăsime.Faptele lor rele nu au limită; ei nu pledează pentru cauza orfanului, ca s-o câştige, nici nu apără dreptul celor nevoiaşi.

feta och skinande[b], och det finns ingen gräns för deras onda gärningar. De dömer inte rättvist och driver inte den faderlöses sak till seger, inte heller försvarar de den fattiges rätt.

ทั้งอ้วนพีและล่ำสันพวกเขาทำชั่วอย่างไร้ขีดจำกัดไม่ช่วยให้ลูกกำพร้าพ่อได้รับความยุติธรรมในคดีความไม่ปกป้องสิทธิของผู้ยากไร้

吃得肥胖红润，坏事做尽，不为孤儿申冤，不为穷人主持公道。”

他 们 肥 胖 光 润 ， 作 恶 过 甚 ， 不 为 人 伸 冤 ！ 就 是 不 为 孤 儿 伸 冤 ， 不 使 他 亨 通 ， 也 不 为 穷 人 辨 屈 。

吃得肥胖紅潤，壞事做盡，不為孤兒伸冤，不為窮人主持公道。」
