Jeremiah 48:45

“In the shadow of HeshbonThe fugitives stand powerless [helpless and without strength],For a fire has gone out from Heshbon,A flame from the midst of Sihon;It has destroyed the forehead of MoabAnd the crowns of the heads of [the arrogant Moabites] the ones in tumult.

They that fled stood under the shadow of Heshbon because of the force: but a fire shall come forth out of Heshbon, and a flame from the midst of Sihon, and shall devour the corner of Moab, and the crown of the head of the tumultuous ones.

“In the shadow of HeshbonThe fugitives stand without strength;For a fire has gone forth from HeshbonAnd a flame from the midst of Sihon,And it has devoured the forehead of MoabAnd the scalps of the [aa]riotous revelers.

“In the shadow of Heshbon those who are trying to escape stand helpless.A fire has blazed out from Heshbon. Flames have come out from Sihon’s city.It burns the foreheads of Moab’s people. It burns the skulls of those who brag loudly.

“In the shadow of Heshbon the fugitives stand helpless,for a fire has gone out from Heshbon, a blaze from the midst of Sihon;it burns the foreheads of Moab, the skulls of the noisy boasters.

‘In the shadow of Heshbon the fugitives stand helpless,for a fire has gone out from Heshbon, a blaze from the midst of Sihon;it burns the foreheads of Moab, the skulls of the noisy boasters.

“The people flee as far as Heshbon but are unable to go on.For a fire comes from Heshbon, King Sihon’s ancient home,to devour the entire land with all its rebellious people.

فِي ظِلِّ حَشْبُونَ وَقَفَ الْهَارِبُونَ خَائِرِي الْقُوَى، لأَنَّ نَاراً انْدَلَعَتْ مِنْ حَشْبُونَ، وَشُعْلَةً مِنْ سِيحُونَ، فَالْتَهَمَتْ رُكْنَ مُوآبَ وَهَامَةَ الْمُتَبَجِّحِينَ الْغَوْغَائِيِّينَ.

De, der flygter mod Heshbon, vil miste alt håb, for den prægtige Sihons by står i flammer. Fra Heshbon spreder ødelæggelsen sig ud over hele landet, og Moabs stærkeste byer bliver lagt i ruiner.

Erschöpft suchen die Flüchtlinge Schutz in der Stadt Heschbon, wo König Sihon früher regierte. Doch von Heschbon geht ein Feuer aus, mitten aus der Stadt lodern die Flammen hervor. Sie versengen den Moabitern, diesen vorlauten Angebern, den Kopf.

A l’ombre de Heshbôn,s’arrêtent des fuyards sans forceparce qu’un feu |est sorti de Heshbôn,une flamme a jailli |du milieu de Sihôn[r]et elle a consumé |les tempes de Moabet le crâne des tapageurs[s].

Ang makaluluoy nga mga nakapalagyo gusto magpanago sa Heshbon. Pero ining Heshbon nga gin-gamhan anay ni Haring Sihon nagadabadaba sa kalayo. Ginalamon sang kalayo ang mga bukid nga ginapanaguan sang mga taga-Moab nga gusto sang inaway.

彼らは、やっとの思いでヘシュボンまで逃げのびますが、それ以上は行けません。シホンの先祖の土地であるヘシュボンから火が出て、国の端から端までなめ尽くし、反逆者たちをみな焼き殺します。

“도망하는 자들이 기진하여 헤스본 그늘 아래 서는구나. 불이 헤스본에서 나오고 불꽃이 시혼 가운데서 나와 모압의 정수리와 시끄럽게 떠들어대는 자들의 머리를 사르는구나.

Zij vluchten naar Chesbon, niet in staat verder te gaan. Maar Chesbon staat in brand, het vuur verteert de stad van Sichon samen met heel Moab en al zijn opstandige inwoners.

“Na sombra de Hesbom os fugitivos se encontram desamparados,pois um fogo saiu de Hesbom,uma labareda, do meio de Seom;e queima as testas dos homens de Moabee os crânios dos homens turbulentos.

Fogem para Hesbom, incapazes de ir mais longe, mas um fogo sai de Hesbom, o lar ancestral de Siom, que devora a terra, duma extremidade à outra, com todo o seu povo rebelde.

Fugarii stau fără putere la umbra Heşbonului,căci un foc iese din Heşbon, o flacără iese din mijlocul lui Sihon,care mistuie fruntea Moabului şi capetele fiilor tumultului.

I skuggan av Heshbon står flyktingarna kraftlösa. En eld har gått ut från Heshbon, en låga från Sichons mitt, och förtär Moabs tinning och hjässan på de larmande stridsmännen.

“ผู้ลี้ภัยยืนอยู่ในร่มเงาของเฮชโบนอย่างสิ้นเนื้อประดาตัวเพราะมีไฟออกจากเฮชโบนเปลวไฟแรงกล้าจากกลางสิโหนเผาผลาญหน้าผากของโมอับเผากะโหลกศีรษะของนักคุยโวเสียงขรม

“逃难的人来到希实本，无助地站着，因为希实本烈焰熊熊，西宏的城火光冲天，烧毁了摩押和其中的叛逆之人。

躲 避 的 人 无 力 站 在 希 实 本 的 影 下 ； 因 为 有 火 从 希 实 本 发 出 ， 有 火 焰 出 於 西 宏 的 城 ， 烧 尽 摩 押 的 角 和 哄 嚷 人 的 头 顶 。

「逃難的人來到希實本，無助地站著，因為希實本烈焰熊熊，西宏的城火光沖天，燒毀了摩押和其中的叛逆之人。
