Jeremiah 48:13

And Moab shall be ashamed of Chemosh [his worthless, disgusting god], as the house of Israel was ashamed of Bethel, their [misplaced] confidence.

Then Moab’s people will be ashamed of their god named Chemosh. They will be ashamed just as the people of Israel were when they trusted in their false god at Bethel.

At last Moab will be ashamed of his idol Chemosh, as the people of Israel were ashamed of their gold calf at Bethel.[e]

فَيَعْتَرِي الْمُوآبِيِّينَ الْخَجَلُ مِنْ كَمُوشَ، كَمَا اعْتَرَى الْخَجَلُ الإِسْرَائِيلِيِّينَ مِنْ بَيْتِ إِيلَ، مُتَّكَلِهِمْ.

Moab bliver skuffet over, at Kemosh ikke kan hjælpe, ligesom Israel blev skuffet over guldkalven i Betel.[c]

Dann wird Moab von seinem Gott Kemosch bitter enttäuscht sein, so wie das Nordreich Israel enttäuscht wurde, als es auf seine Götzen in Bethel vertraute.

その時になってはじめて、イスラエルがベテルで子牛の偶像を恥じたように、モアブは自分の偶像ケモシュを恥ずかしく思うようになる。」

[c]이스라엘이 벧엘의 송아지 우상으로 수치를 당한 것처럼 모압도 그모스 신 때문에 수치를 당할 것이다.

Dan zal het vertrouwen van Moab in zijn god Kemos worden beschaamd, net als het vertrouwen van Israël in zijn kalfgod in Betel.

Então Moabe se decepcionará com Camos,assim como Israel se decepcionou com Betel,em quem confiava.

Moab ska skämmas för Kemosh, precis som israeliterna skämdes för Betel som de förtröstade på.
